Terrible company
Terrible company, wanted hrt patches, put all details in, then said blood pressure test, which i got from neighbours monitor, was wanting to try a months patches to see if worked then i would go onto getting them off docs, sent blood pressure test over, said will it be getting sent out today moving? Said if not i have a refund, didnt say anything about getting delivery , just issued a refund, generetic replies then a refund after me giving them blood pressure reading too !!!!
Wasted my time giving blood pressure if not going to even attempt to send them out !!!!
Obviously had no intention hence the quick refund, only wanting to know if be getting sent out ???
Take no notice too off hanahs replies she does not reply either after posting on here 🤣

I think I can open this review by stating how pleased I am to have chosen e-surgery .If you are looking for excellence, high standards, professionalism and health care clinicians who are knowledgeable in every aspect of their field, then I suggest contacting e-surgery.
I started my journey by commencing my weight loss injections.But, before I start, a few facts. You can not just go to this site and expect medication. At e-surgery I had to have clinical staff assess me, before I even got near medication. This was to keep myself safe from harm and any contraindications this medication could impact on ones health. Once I was assessed and was right for the medication I had a physician sign off on this medication. This meant I could start my medication safely and under supervision. Once I started to administer the medication , I was contacted by the dietician to ensure I was maintaining a healthy balance of food and exercise.This was reassuring, and gave me peace of mind.Now I have ongoing support throughout my medication therapy. I get assessed every four weeks and if I meet the criteria, my medication will increase, but only if I complete the four week cycle.Anyway, to finish off the review. I want to thank e-surgery for being more than a company and instead they have been there for any concerns I have had or if I just need to communicate with someone.

Really poor company
Really poor company! You think when you pay for medication you will be treated better than being gaslit from your GP. Didn’t even give me a chance to provide more information which is disappointing and very poor! The way these people deal with women’s health is disgusting, I now understand why some of these women commit suicide. Will be going to my MP as enough is enough. These companies are quick enough to take your money!

Very good service
Really good. First time using this service. Filled out a health questionnaire which only took a few minutes and was precribed some antibiotics for a tooth infection. They came the next day. Job done. Would use again without hesitation.

Excellent service, you delivered the exact medication that I need very quickly....I'm only able to tolerate a particular brand of medication that doesn't give me dangerous side effects. All the pharmacies in my town refuse to dispense this particular brand as they prefer to buy in cheaper tablets even though they are aware of the consequences to my health.

Bad Experience with Lost Parcel
Ordered medication with priority delivery. It was not received and the package appears missing (not their fault).
However, there is no easy or quick recourse as a customer to get medication that is needed in a timely manner. They treat you like a criminal. They will not send a replacement until some open ended investigation is complete. The only option if you need the medication quickly, is of course, just to pay again for another order. They refuse to help in any other way despite being in the business of delivering medication which is clearly important and often time-sensitive.
Once they completely their “investigation”, they told me my medication had been delivered and they’d looked at Google streetview to make this determination??
The chat support told me they wouldn’t help me unless I filed a police report stating the package was stolen. I have no reason to believe it was stolen when the delivery photo from Royal Mail clearly shows a different property. It would be a fraudulent police report. It was mis-delivered.
Finally after taking photos of my front door (different colour door from the delivery evidence) they’ve agreed to send a replacement. This is after so much back and forth, whilst I’m without the medication I ordered (value £10 and not a medication anyone would try to resell...)
I would expect this sort of company to have more empathy and understanding.
In addition, this company is displaying a fake 4.8 Trustpilot rating on their website but their actual rating is 4.5. I don’t know why a reputable company would do something like this.

I'd like to clarify a few points about our process, though I recognize that doesn't diminish your experience:
When medication goes missing or appears to be misdelivered, we are required to follow specific procedures to ensure patient safety and account for all dispensed medications. In your case, we opened an investigation with Royal Mail, who responded within two working days, it was Royal Mail who checked Google Street View as part of their investigation, not us directly.
I understand their findings contradicted what you were experiencing, which is why we genuinely appreciated you providing the photos of your door. Once we had that evidence, we immediately agreed to arrange your replacement order.
The reason we cannot automatically resend medication before completing these checks is rooted in patient safety. From a patient safety standpoint, we need to establish where medication has been delivered to prevent situations where someone could potentially receive more medication than is safe or prescribed. I realize this can feel frustrating when you're the one waiting, but these safeguards are in place to protect all our patients.
Regarding the police report request, I apologise if that wasn't communicated clearly. We would only suggest this in cases where theft is suspected, not mis-delivery, and I'm sorry if that added to your stress.
While I understand this felt drawn out from your perspective, we did work to resolve this within a few days of your initial contact. That said, I hear your feedback about communication and empathy throughout the process, and I'll ensure this is shared with our team so we can improve how we handle similar situations in future.
