Every part of service by ESurgery has been first clsss. Order, delivery and support. However pricing of product is excessive and exploitative.

Did n9t inform me of safety testing protocols. Left me with dangerous levels. Would not let me speak to prescriber. Blamed another company. Completely failed to offer any advice or support to help me deal with the toxicity their prescription created. Put me at serious risk. Did not do anything to help put this right. Will be reporting to pharmacy council.
Replied saying they contacted me - they asked for a blood test result then I have never heard from them again. It's shocking

My dentist had half completed a root canal treatment before going sick, his partner could not see me as an emergency for three weeks. The interim infection and pain was incredible.
In desperation I started self-help, went online and found e-surgery. A simple online consultation questionnaire, clear (assisted) product selection and secure payment.
Emails kept me informed at each stage of the process and the genuine antibiotics arrived within three days by tracked Royal Mail.
Very clear advice on the use of the anti-biotics and the need to see a dentist asap. Also included was the clearest explanation of toothache I have ever read, so I knew it would be a few days before the pain completely subsided.

Its so easy to do a short consultation. The product arrived very quickly. So much easier than getting a NHS prescription.
Thank you!

I was actually pretty happy with e-surgery, but this time experience was different. I’m ordering my treatment from them as I simply haven’t got time to go to doctors. I was ordering it on a regular basis (not controlled medicine or anything). I’ve been asked for my blood test results a couple of times and no problem there I am checking myself on a regular basis. I mainly do it privately as we all know how NHS is (I am getting an annual review - but this is once a year not anytime I want). This time when I requested my meds it took a couple of days before I got a message that an order is on hold. Few hours later a message has arrived from I guess a doctor? Requesting test results- I thought ok annoying as I have only just sent them recently , but nonetheless sent out blood test results from private surgery. A day later I’m getting a response completely ignoring the results and request for a blood test from a GP or NHS app! I can’t have these done whenever I want and I did sent my annual review once couple months back. I also pay extra to get medicine delivered as I haven’t got time to queue at GP surgery every time I need a prescription. If I did would have no need for an online service now would I? Now I have to find the time and the way to get my usual prescription so thank you. I appreciate being careful etc. But that’s a bit much, especially these aren’t regulated or dangerous medications. Not happy at all!

I knew I had an abcesss about to form on my gum from the swelling and throbbing sensation in my cheek... I contacted my doctor and they refused to help saying I needed an emergency dentist appointment... I have recently moved and do not have a dentist tried to find an emergency dentist and everywhere was booked and I couldn't be fitted in they explained that they couldn't help me until next week.... I then rang 111 and after a 30 minute conversation of questioning she said she couldn't help.... I went to local AnE they point blank said NO they can't help.... I gave up and just looked online to see if I could find the product that would help.... I found E surgery after a few questions my delivery came early the next day... after 2 hours of taking the antibiotic my face feels 90% better already and the week treatment cost literally pennies..... THANK YOU E SURGERY for your prompt service.... Anyone who has a similar problem please do not hesitate to contact this company.... You will not be disappointed....

Requested antibiotics for sinusitis but emailed to say I needed to try steroid nasal spray first. Emailed back to say I had tried them previously with no improvement and usually ended up needing antibiotics. Tried the nasal spray when it arrived with little improvement. Ended up going to MIIU where they agreed I needed antibiotics.

Ordered 2 items to be told they could only send one. This left me having to buy the same product someplace else.I also had to pay full delivery for the one item.I wanted 2 items to make the delivery fee more cost effective. But this was not my choice

Really really great. Much cheaper than Superdrug for exactly the same product.

Accepted my order for testosterone gel, took my payment, then cancelled it a few days later.
Had to go elsewhere, who accepted and dispatched within 24 hours.
Unfortunately not first time this happened this year - even had the same occur for hayfever treatment which was an over-the-counter product. Had to drive to Asda to buy it instead.
