Straightforward service and I was impressed by how quick I got the tablets. Will highly recommend to friends and family as in Wales chemist's can't prescribe dental antibiotics or Dr's and the waiting list for a dentist is so bad .

Poor quality product
Order was easy to process and arrived quickly. However, I’ve used tranexamic acid with great success previously but these tablets did nothing at all. I suspect this is a poor quality product and won’t order from here again.

I ordered a 3 day course of nitrofurantoin for cystitis ie 12 tablets. What they sent was 6 tablets so not a complete course of antibiotics which will not clear up cystitis. What a surprise no one available to speak to 😡😡😡

The 3-day course of nitrofurantoin is correctly dispensed as 6 tablets (2 tablets per day for 3 days), as indicated on your dispensing label. This is the complete treatment course as prescribed for cystitis.
I sincerely apologise that you were unable to reach us to discuss this concern. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we do make every effort to return missed calls. I'm sorry if we failed to get back to you in this instance.

I needed some help with my blocked sinuses and couldn’t get a GP appointment. I was diagnosed by e-surgery and the tablets arrived the next day. My sinus problem was resolved a few days later. A great service.

Absolute top class customer service, I ordered my hair tablets Friday around 5pm and accidentally clicked a wrong option so my order was put on hold and I was contacted immediately and I explained I’d made a mistake and they straight away sorted it and took the hold off my order and I received it this morning. Excellent service
Excellent service. I have a dental infection which I have had before so knew all the symptoms and my dentist closed and I wasn't able to get into an NHS dental practice locally. So was in desperate need of some antibiotics. I filled in the online form and the tablets were delivered within a day or two by royal mail!
Definitely would recommend and will use again.

The delivery came on the Sunday which was thanks to royal mail.If you need urgency try Dr fox it's cheaper too

I was hesitant after reading the bad…
I was hesitant after reading the bad reviews but the abscess on my gum was becoming so painful that with it being a weekend I had no option but to try and buy some antibiotics. Got to say that the whole process was easy and fast (though expensive but hey...I was in a lot of pain) and they kept me updated about the delivery all the way through. I ordered on the Saturday and the tablets were dispatched that day, the only thing that spoilt an otherwise perfect transaction was that Royal Mail delivered a day late for reasons I will obviously never know other than that they're a horrendously useless company. E Surgery were however excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
