Delivered to the wrong address and no help
I ordered this and paid an extortionate £7 for next day delivery. They claimed to have attempted delivery when I waited home all day and then today, it was delivered to a completely different address. The company didn’t want to know and said they’d open an investigation with RM and come back to me. No good to me when I have an infection and now have the go the whole bank holiday with no medication.

We apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for this. Due to us sending medication, we do have to be careful with the quantities that we are dispatching to patients. Therefore, we are required to open an investigation with Royal Mail before sending out any further treatment as there is a chance that Royal Mail will be able to retrieve the previous order and have this correctly delivered.

Crisis Averted!
I was travelling to the UK from Canada and had forgotten one of my long standing antihypertensive medications. I was not able to fill a Canadian Rx at a Pharmacy in the UK and the NHS Drs office was not able to register me or allow me to purchase a visit to a Dr to secure a Rx. I was about to ask my friend in Canada to courier the medications to me from home when it occurred to me to just check on line first. That is when I found e-pharmacy. The process was simple and the delivery was made within 36 hrs. The phone support was excellent, professional and reassuring because my UK family had a bit of a panic about the legitimacy of the medications.
This service saved time, money and a whole lot of stress.
