I couldn’t get an NHS dental…
I couldn’t get an NHS dental appointment, I tried every day for over a week and eventually gave up on the NHS, I knew I needed antibiotics but not even the doctor would prescribe them for a dental problem, I was in pain and unable to get any help until I came across e-Surgery, the process was simple and fast and my antibiotics arrived the next morning, two days later and my mouth is feeling better, swelling going down and starting to feel normal again! Received a box of antibiotics with one…
Received a box of antibiotics with one blister pack out of data. Sent a photo by email of that pack, along with several small strips that had no date on it.
They keep asking for proof, and implying I’m lying. I don’t have full out of date blister packs of identical antibiotics lying around.
Will be taking this up with trading standards and pharmacy regulator

Have become jobsworths, no help.
They have suddenly turned into a bunch of jobsworths. Worried about being sued presumably.
Ordered back-up supplies of blood pressure medication on and off for several years (as my surgery are sometimes too slow and only issue a month at a time).
Suddenly my confirming that I have had a blood test is not enough, they want to see a copy!
Ridiculous. Inconvenient. Means I am more likely to run out. Thanks a bunch.

Its Monday I have a throat infection…
Its Monday I have a throat infection and bit of fever. Had it 9ver the weekend. My GP Surgery ask to fill in on the app before 8am in the morning. Unfortunately GP doesnt allocate appointment for same day it could be few days wait for a phone call from the GP. They only see patients if absolutely necessary. I fly to Portugal on Wednesday. I saw the ad for this esurgery and i thought fantastic. I know i need an antibiotic.
So contacted them did the consultation and was lrd to believe i would get the anibiotics next day Tuesday by 1pm.
Instead i got an email saying go to GP we have refunded you money. You may need to be seen.
Asit is midday i have to wait until 8am Tuesday to maybe get offered an appointment for who knows when.
So will now have to go to accident an emergency at the hospital.
What an absolute waste of my time.
Disgusted.

First class customer service…
I am on an NHS waiting list to get surgery for an infected, impacted Wisdom tooth. The wait is 40+ weeks, so the infection requires antibiotics every five weeks or so. I ordered Amoxicillin, but was advised that Metronidazole was more suitable. Excellent service given how hard it is to get antibiotics on the NHS. Delivered in less than three days. Infection is now in my jaw bone, but at least I can fight it with something!

I always get prompt deliveries of e surgery the website can sometimes be a bit of a pain when ordering but on the whole they are spot on for price and and delivery.and there is regular 15% off that covers the postage.
