**Excellent service and responsible prescribing**
I’m extremely happy with the service I received from e-Surgery. As someone with type 1 diabetes, I appreciated that they carried out proper due diligence rather than simply issuing a prescription. They asked sensible questions to ensure I understood the additional risks, knew what warning signs to look out for and was confident about monitoring my glucose, ketones and insulin requirements while taking Mounjaro.
It has been incredibly frustrating that my NHS diabetes team acknowledged Mounjaro could benefit me and said they would support me taking it, yet still refused to prescribe it—even off-label. I was therefore left with no choice but to fund the treatment privately.
I’m very impressed with e-Surgery for listening, taking my individual circumstances seriously and helping me access the treatment responsibly. The whole process felt professional, thorough and supportive. I would happily recommend them.

Have used E surgery quite a few times…
Have used E surgery quite a few times now, and I am very impressed, fast, efficient, I knew I had an abscess on under my tooth, I did not need to pay for a dental appointment for them to tell me something I already knew, I by passed the spending on a dental appointment and I managed to get the medication that was required. Delivered next working day and kept in the loop every step of the way. Thanks again.

I love how they cater for your needs without being in queueing system at the doctors. usually a prompt service but on the last occasion I paid for track 24 service as I was suffering from a real painful tooth abscess and didn’t receive my medication until four days later

I couldn’t get an NHS dental…
I couldn’t get an NHS dental appointment, I tried every day for over a week and eventually gave up on the NHS, I knew I needed antibiotics but not even the doctor would prescribe them for a dental problem, I was in pain and unable to get any help until I came across e-Surgery, the process was simple and fast and my antibiotics arrived the next morning, two days later and my mouth is feeling better, swelling going down and starting to feel normal again! Received a box of antibiotics with one…
Received a box of antibiotics with one blister pack out of data. Sent a photo by email of that pack, along with several small strips that had no date on it.
They keep asking for proof, and implying I’m lying. I don’t have full out of date blister packs of identical antibiotics lying around.

Have become jobsworths, no help.
They have suddenly turned into a bunch of jobsworths. Worried about being sued presumably.
Ordered back-up supplies of blood pressure medication on and off for several years (as my surgery are sometimes too slow and only issue a month at a time).
Suddenly my confirming that I have had a blood test is not enough, they want to see a copy!
Ridiculous. Inconvenient. Means I am more likely to run out. Thanks a bunch.
