Top notch service, very fast delivery. Would otherwise be waiting for a week for my inhaler, these guys were a breath of fresh air.

Very pleased with my experience ordering from esurgery. Needing an extra inhaler to keep in my car, filled out the questionnaire and it arrived next day. Price was actually lower than what I paid on my normal NHS prescription, which is a pleasant suprise.

I had flu and was suddenly feeling breathless and needed an inhaler - no GP appt possible for 2 weeks and several years since I last needed one so not considered a repeat prescription without a consultation. I didn't consider myself sick enough to go to A&E. I got the inhaler 2 days later via eSurgery- a godsend!!

Ordered from esurgery as I had a lot of issues ordering my inhalers from my local pharmacy. They kept losing my repeat prescription and leaving me with no asthma inhalers!

esurgery on the other hand has been brilliant. Cost came out acctually cheaper than the prescription charge and got my asthma inhaler the next day in the post.

Order was 4 days late. Then they send me a box of 100 paracetamol instead of a ventolin inhaler.

I thought I would update this review. So I got in touch with e surgery. They apologised and sent out an inhaler, next day recorded delivery.

I refused to change my review as this is what happened. They have since reported my negative review to trust pilot compliance, to try and have it removed. I have sent all of our correspondence to Trust pilot. Please be careful when ordering from these guys.

At last a service that I can access when I need to .
Being an asthmatic all my life has certainly had its challenges . We have all been in a position when we run out or lost an inhaler . Going into a pharmacy to request an emergency inhaler is near impossible these day . Thou if you travel to mainland Europe inhalers are normally available over the counter for a few euros , e-Surgery’s service is ideal . Customer friendly , quick to respond but more importantly it give me piece of mind knowing that if my inhaler runs out in the week I can get a replacement. 10/10 all day long
