I ordered a repeat prescription for Zyban, a medication I have already been taking, and the process was unnecessarily delayed at every stage. First, my order was repeatedly held up over ID verification, despite me submitting my identification multiple times. I eventually had to call just to be told to email it instead.
Once the ID issue was finally resolved, I then received another email saying my order was on hold because of a clinical question regarding my fluoxetine prescription. If this was a concern, why wasn’t it identified from the beginning rather than after days of administrative delays?
I fully understand the need for clinical safety checks, but the way this was handled was inefficient and frustrating. The repeated delays meant I was left without medication when I should have already received it, increasing the risk of interrupting my treatment.
Communication was poor throughout, and I was left feeling as though the goalposts kept moving. For an online prescribing service, I expected a far smoother and more organised process.
I won’t be using this service again.
A service providing prescription medication should have efficient systems in place. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated the opposite

I had had shingles that turned into…
I had had shingles that turned into herpattic neuralgia that infected my gum. I couldn't bear anyone touching my face so going to the dentist was impossible. After answering a few questions, the medication was despatched the next day. Thankyou, the infection has now gone.

Couldn't Have Asked for Better Service
I developed a dental infection on a Friday afternoon and knew that waiting 2–3 days to see a GP or dentist would likely mean the infection would worsen. I was also in quite a bit of discomfort. I decided to order antibiotics online and planned to make a dental or GP appointment on Monday if there was no improvement.
I came across E-Surgery and they were fantastic. The service was incredibly quick – I ordered on Friday and my antibiotics arrived the very next day. The medication also came with clear, helpful advice, which was reassuring.
I would highly recommend E-Surgery and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed.

Excellent quality and care
It saved me alot of time from going to the gp surgery.
The urine test came out positive for lower urine infection and the antibiotics that I brought cleared it up. If I had waited for a gp , it would have progressed to a upper urine infection which would have needed second line antibiotics and time off work so thank-you

Antibiotics for throat infection
My antibiotic throat infection order was put on hold but no one told me.
Time was of the essence so absolute rubbish service, walked down to Superdrug and was sorted straight away.

I found out I was on hold when I phoned you to chase my order, and made it clear that I had not received any emails from you.
It appears your system is not fulproof.

infection in gums needed antibiotics fast
I just want to say what an amazing company without the help of these people I would never have got the antibiotics I needed to clear up an infection in my gums as i moved and had no dentist i was in absolute agony 24 hours later i had my antibiotics at my door before I could get to a dentist I am so proud to say I would recommend these people to everybody absolutely amazing thank you so much absolutely amazing transformation fast and helpful again over the moon thank you e surgery 😊

Fantastic help with a nasty dental infection.
Being someone who is terrified of dentists I had delayed visiting despite having a loose tooth for quite sometime. The gum became infected and painful making me feel really quite unwell. Unable to get a dentist appointment until the following week I was able to order some antibiotics to at least start addressing the infection and accompanying symptoms. I am very happy to say that the tooth is now gone along with the infection. Without this service I was contemplating the possibility of having to visit A and E as my symptoms worsened. Thank you so very much for the help and please don't be a scaredy cat like me, just go to the dentist!

Great emergency back up
I was recommended to the site by a friend. I couldnt get dental appointment but knew i had an infection. I was wary about getting medication online but after answering all the questions it was recommended i had antibiotics. They arrived the next day. I love the fact that info was provided to give to my gp and there has been follow up communication. Whilst i would normally seek professional adviice from my own medical teams this was a great service when no options were available to me at the time
