Shocking company
Never been one to write a review but I think this company is disgusting. And nothing but money grabbing. As someone who had suffered with fertility issues for quite some time I thought I would take things into my own hands and medicate for myself instead of the nhs. Only for this company to stop supplying me with the medication half way through the treatment. This issue could have been resolved if they was to pre warn me they would be stopping it instead of putting my order on hold and telling me the day I was supposed to be Starting my course of tablets

Amazing service
Amazing service. I frequently am told that my specific blood pressure tablets are not available on the NHS. (I need white tablets due to an artificial colouring allergy). Every month it is a nightmare to try and get white tablets. After being told, last week, that the pharmacy couldn't get any, despite me giving them 5 different suppliers names, I resorted to an Internet search. e-surgery were brilliant as their online form asked if I needed a specific brand. They are the only online pharmacy that does this, in my experience. Two days later I got my white tablets. Fantastic service which I will certainly use again to save the stress of trying to get them through the NHS.

Our service is only licensed to issue the treatment that you have ordered for dental infections, which you confirmed you were experiencing during your health consultation. The 9-tablet course is the recommended treatment duration for dental infections, as per medical guidelines.
We want to emphasize that our medication is not intended to treat ear infections, as these are different conditions requiring different treatments/courses. If you are experiencing an ear infection, we strongly advise you to consult your GP or call NHS 111 for appropriate diagnosis and treatment. They will be able to provide the correct care for an ear infection.

Waste of time
Waste of time. Took payment for my tablets yesterday. Answered all the questions they requested. Only to have my order cancelled because they wanted proof of prescriptions ect. Never had a problem before I always order the same thing. Worst company to deal with. Rubbish customer service. Wasted my time. I'll now have the weekend without my tablets. Save yourself time and go elsewhere.

Brilliant service
It was a great service as I live in a very rural area. I knew they symptoms I had and what they were connected to. I received my tablets the very next day and was able to start taking them way before I could have got an appointment with the GP.

The tablets I ordered did not work!
Unfortunately the tablets I ordered and received simply did not work at all despite following the instructions. I did email the company and told them about the problem and they promised that someone would get back to me with some sort of explanation. But now, some considerable time later on, nobody has made contact with me and I have had to write off the experience along with the costs. I will say that the company official who contacted me was called Cameron, and he was polite and helpful.

Please note that the medication you had ordered can be issued with different brands and we do ask if you have a brand preference at all. We ask this because whilst the main active ingredients remains the same, some excipients can differ between brands. It is possible that different brands can work more effectively for different patients, this is on a patient by patient basis.
