I do want to take the opportunity to explain our process as we appreciate it can feel frustrating. When an item is reported as potentially lost or undelivered we are required to follow Royal Mail’s investigation procedure before we are able to take any further action. We are unable to send a replacement straight away as in the event that the original parcel is located and delivered it would result in you receiving an excess of medication, which as a responsible healthcare provider we are unable to allow.
We do understand how inconvenient this is and we are truly sorry for the delay this causes. Please be assured that as soon as Royal Mail’s investigation is concluded we will do everything we can to get your order resolved as quickly as possible.

My request was originally denied, as I had had the same meds before. However I wrote an email explaining my situation and reasons on the request, after which they agreed to do prescription.

Item stolen and not refunded
I paid just over £140. I took a while to have the pen dispatched and when I arrived back from work the parcel was missing from my garden. It has been nearly 2 weeks since I have had an injection and now have to wait until I can afford another. I am now out of pocket.

I have used e-Surgery for a few times now, their processes and online consultations are very easy to use and very quick... if they need extra information they let you know quickly and then prescribe the right treatment (sometimes medicin sometimes effective non-medicated alternatives). Great service
I recently had a dental abscess and I couldn’t get to the dentist but I desperately needed to get rid of it because the pain was unbearable. The application was really straight forward and the price was very reasonable considering an emergency dental appointment would have cost lots more. Delivery was super fast aswell.
