Shingles test product
Terrible company
Terrible company, wanted hrt patches, put all details in, then said blood pressure test, which i got from neighbours monitor, was wanting to try a months patches to see if worked then i would go onto getting them off docs, sent blood pressure test over, said will it be getting sent out today moving? Said if not i have a refund, didnt say anything about getting delivery , just issued a refund, generetic replies then a refund after me giving them blood pressure reading too !!!!
Wasted my time giving blood pressure if not going to even attempt to send them out !!!!
Obviously had no intention hence the quick refund, only wanting to know if be getting sent out ???
Take no notice too off hanahs replies she does not reply either after posting on here 🤣

As mentioned in my email to you, the product description on our website does state that this is a swab test. I understand this may not have been what you expected, and I have offered you an alternative test kit with a discount code.
Regarding the delivery, if the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, this would need to be raised directly with Royal Mail. However, I can assure you that our packaging is completely discreet, there are no company logos or any indication of medication or test kits on the parcel, so the contents would not be identifiable.

Very helpful customer service. I ordered 3 testing kits but one half worked and the other not at all. However the instructions are so small I couldn’t read 😅 but was given more kits to try and better instructions how to use and got good solid test results. Much appreciated 🙏

Triple action spray
Can’t speak for results yet as I have only been using the product for 1 week. The service was great, including asking the relevant questions and offering to inform my GP for me that I am using the product. Also arrived a couple of days after I ordered it which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise. The product I wanted wasn’t in stock when I intially created an account and I DIDNT receive lots of spam emails asking me to buy something which made me more inclined to return and buy the product when it was back in stock. My brother in law has used this for around 5-6 months and has seen and great result.
