Can’t speak for results yet as I have only been using the product for 1 week. The service was great, including asking the relevant questions and offering to inform my GP for me that I am using the product. Also arrived a couple of days after I ordered it which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise. The product I wanted wasn’t in stock when I intially created an account and I DIDNT receive lots of spam emails asking me to buy something which made me more inclined to return and buy the product when it was back in stock. My brother in law has used this for around 5-6 months and has seen and great result.

Falsely advertised product, terrible customer sevice
Falsely advertised a product on website as a urine test when it was a swab test. Messed around for 2 hours on live chat with no apology. No willingness to make amends beyond a refund

Edit I've just seen your response: "abusive" is misleading. I simply mentioned on the phone that the person I previously dealt on live chat was "useless". Which is rather factual after being messed around for two hours on the chat with no solution for something so simple - surely you can read the room and understand why I may have been a bit frustrated? I never got abusive on the chat, I asked for clearer communication and answers.
Honestly I would even be open to removing this review if you had conceded with just an apology, but to turn it onto me as being abusive is unfair. I will leave this up

I'm sorry that the product information on our website was incorrect, it should have been listed as a swab test rather than a urine test. This was an error on our part, and I'm pleased to confirm that we have now updated the website to reflect the correct information.
I also apologise that your experience on live chat was not as helpful as it should have been, and that it took longer than expected to resolve your query.
While I completely understand your frustration with the situation, I do need to mention that abusive language towards our colleagues is not something we can tolerate. Our team are here to help and deserve to be treated with respect, even when things go wrong.
