Simple to order,arrived quickly and tablets worked for me

This is a phramacy that asks all the relevant questions (including whether or not that can contact your local Health Practice). My impression is that they take care before prescribing anything, but they also take account of what you tell them. Thanks to this service I was able to obtain bisoprolol tablets (to keep my heart rate steady) when my prescription was lost by Royal Mail. I have also been able to obtain other medication when it has proven impossible to book a non-emergency appointment with a doctor at my local group practice.

First time I ordered from their e-pharmacy, everything went smoothly. The second time, less so.

I ordered 3 months supply of statins in late March. There were enough tablets to last until the 28th June.

Sometime in May I thought it would be a good idea to order my next 3 month supply and have them ready in plenty of time. The pharmacy put my order on hold, as they were aware I should have had some supply left. I thought that was fair enough. But then it started to go awry.

First they mailed me to say the order would be on hold until the 28th July. By which time I would have been out of tablets for a whole month. After some back and forth (and reminding them how to count forward 3 months from the 28th March) they agreed to put the order on hold and automatically dispatch them on the 26th June.

Again I messaged them to say this left no room for margin of error, if the first class post took more than 24 hours. But they wouldn’t budge.

I ran out of tablets on the 28th June. They dispatched precisely when they said they would (26th June) and exactly what I thought might happen, has: it’s now the 1st of July, I’ve had two “sorry we couldn’t deliver your order” messages from Royal Mail and no tablets. Who knows when they’ll arrive.

Either way I’m now left without for an unspecified period of time. I understand the logic behind putting orders on hold in circumstances like this, but aiming for such precise overlap of timing was never going to work!

I ordered my tablets on 31st August as I was going on holiday on 8th September and wanted to have them in case I needed them abroad . There was a query from yourselves which was dealt with efficiently . They had not arrived by 6th September , speaking to Bradley who was very helpful sending me the tracking details. They did not arrive until 16th September so took 16 days to arrive, too late for me to take on holiday by 8 days . Fortunately I did not need them

Tablets arrived on time with a welcome addition of poo bags. We have used these tablets before and they work well for our old english sheepdog if he has an occasional upset tummy
