Fast and timely delivery
Fast and timely delivery, excellent instructions and after my course of tablets, got rid of my infection when I was in a pinch!
While I would still urge people to go to their doctors/dentist first and foremost, e surgery makes for a great backup if you're unable to get to either.

Dental infection
After discovering I have an ectopic eruption of my wisdom tooth and finding that it it was infected I tried to find a quick solve due to not being able to afford to see a dentist (students aren’t entitled to free dental care - I’m in full time university) I found your website online and ordered a 5 day course of amoxicillin, the process took no longer than 5 minutes and my tablets were delivered the next day, very efficient and convenient and I’m very grateful that what would’ve cost me hundreds at a dentist only cost £33 for my prescription and delivery

Mouth abscess
I had an abscess in my mouth, still on a dentist waiting list and doctors refusing to help because it's dental I'm 66 and was in severe pain my face had swollen and at my wits end but found e-Surgery on line explained my situation and ordered some penicillin and was assessed and sent my prescription medication by the next day.
I am so very grateful for their help with this absolutely excellent service and can't thank you enough

Whilst I appreciate royal mail maybe at fault...im left with no medication whilst its investigated.
Have been told 14 days which is obviously no good so will have to pay and purchase again (from a different company) so I dont run out.

We do want to assure you that we take situations like this very seriously and we have raised an investigation with Royal Mail as a priority. Whilst we appreciate that a potential 14 day timeframe is far from ideal we are required to follow set procedures in these circumstances. We do however want to reassure you that the majority of investigations are resolved in under two weeks and we actively chase Royal Mail for updates throughout the process.
We are sorry that this has led you to having to source your medication elsewhere in the meantime and we completely understand your decision to do so.
We hope that the investigation is resolved swiftly and we are sorry that your first experience with us has not been the one we would have wanted for you.

Bit too quick on the draw for renewals.
Renewals are reminded too early I am often 6 or 7 weeks ahead when this happens.
Plus if you don't reply right away, discounts if any, are withdrawn. These should be for the currency of the renewal.
On the plus side, the meds are very promptly delivered after order is approved.

Ordered some antibiotics for a very painful abscess. They arrived on the Thursday and I was very sceptical but hopeful that they were genuine antibiotics. Went to bed on the Saturday night still in agony and with only one more day’s worth left but woke up on Sunday morning with absolutely no pain whatsoever. Pure garbage
Pure garbage.
I've ordered from here before with no problems. However, I accidentally clicked the wrong option because the wording was confusing, and I was in discomfort at the time.
They messaged me at 7 a.m., and I replied straight away. It then took them until 5 p.m. to reply and finally confirm that they had accepted my order.
It's incredibly frustrating because I paid for Tracked 24, which should have meant my order was delivered today. Instead, it won't arrive until tomorrow because of their awful customer service response times.
I will never, ever shop with this terrible company again. You cannot mess with people's medication when they are dealing with a medical condition and need it as soon as possible.
Please do not shop here. I've now told all of my family and friends, whom I previously recommended this company to, to choose somewhere else, as there are plenty of better alternatives.

Fantastic experience.
I have used E-surgery twice now to order my contraceptive pill. I had a phone call with Melissa a pharmacist to discuss if the pill I had been on for a long time was still suitable and talk about my side affects. The company makes it easy to order your prescription and it means you don’t have to go to the GP as it is all done online. I will continue using this service and would reccomend to anybody. They have free delivery and the product is free as it is done through the NHS.
