Falsely advertised product, terrible customer sevice
Falsely advertised a product on website as a urine test when it was a swab test. Messed around for 2 hours on live chat with no apology. No willingness to make amends beyond a refund

Edit I've just seen your response: "abusive" is misleading. I simply mentioned on the phone that the person I previously dealt on live chat was "useless". Which is rather factual after being messed around for two hours on the chat with no solution for something so simple - surely you can read the room and understand why I may have been a bit frustrated? I never got abusive on the chat, I asked for clearer communication and answers.
Honestly I would even be open to removing this review if you had conceded with just an apology, but to turn it onto me as being abusive is unfair. I will leave this up

I am very concerned about my experience with this company. I ordered an Epi pen medical device, which is designed to be used in urgent situations and should be completely reliable. However, the item arrived unsealed, which immediately raised questions about its safety, integrity, and quality control.
When I contacted customer support, I expected a replacement or at least an inspection, given that this is a medical device intended to support health and potentially save a life. Instead, the company refused to replace or accept the return, despite the product arriving in an unacceptable condition.
Medical devices must meet strict standards so customers can trust them in moments when they are needed most. Receiving an unsealed device, and then being denied any resolution, has left me unable to rely on this product or this company.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from them, particularly for items where safety and reliability are essential.

I am sorry this has been your experience, and I understand your concerns about receiving a medical device in less than perfect condition.
Please know that all items are checked by our pharmacists before being shipped out, and they ensure items are properly sealed before leaving our pharmacy. Unfortunately, flimsy cardboard and perforated tape can sometimes be damaged in transit. Although we do our best to package items securely in padded envelopes or boxes, some things are beyond our control during delivery.
We discussed your case with our senior clinical team, and they reviewed the photos you provided. They confirmed that the device itself remains safe and that the damage was caused by transit rather than any compromise to the product's integrity. However, I am sorry this was not the response you were hoping for.
