Ordered Naproxin tablets yesterday
Ordered Naproxin tablets yesterday. It arrived on time.
I was concerned about the legit of the company and checked Google maps street view from the address on the box. Looks like a industrial estate with a total different name on the front of building. Looks like a double glazing company. Not sure about legit of the product now.

As an online pharmacy, we do operate in a slightly different setting than your regular pharmacy as we do not have any patients that we see in person. We still have an in-house team that dispenses all your medication and is checked by our pharmacist. The main difference is that we ship all our items with Royal Mail directly to your door!
In terms of the legitimacy of the medication, we stock all UK brands from the same suppliers that stock your local pharmacies. We are regulated by the the General Pharmaceutical Council and you can find all details of our registration on our website by scrolling to the bottom of the page.

Such a great service to use. Quick and efficient.
Would be great however to have a re-order button or if I loose my tablets I can easily order some more. I have mistakenly thrown tablets away before!

I have been so grateful for e-surgery during covid as getting a drs appointment is so difficult. This has meant I haven’t had to take time off work to see the dr or wait if I have a uti. I have had some tablets in stock in preparation. Very pleased with the speedy service too.

Ineffective product and poor customer support
The tablets I received were not effective despite their being promoted as an alternative to the branded product I have used before. I have tried to contact customer support via email and phone to no avail. Extremely disappointed.

I'm sorry to hear that the treatment did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, sometimes patients might not respond well to certain medication which necessitates changing to different tablets or strengths.
We do state that images of products are only for illustrative purposes as supply for generic medication can vary from our wholesalers and is unfortunately outside of our control.
However if you prefer a specific brand of generic tablets, please let us know (by leaving a message in your order or contacting us directly) and we will do our best to ensure you get the specific brand you prefer!

First order all good, then downhill from there.
First order all good. Second repeat order, they no longer carried a 40mg version of Verapamil, just 80mg. Would not supply the 80's, just gave a credit.
I asked if they would re-stock.. no answer.
I asked if I cud have half my postage refunded then, as typically I order 2 items... no answer.
Will look for an alternative supplier next time.
