Great when 111 wanted me to do a 3 hr round trip to a dentist to prescribe antibiotics whilst on holiday! They were no help at all 111 our NHS system is falling apart. E surgery & Evaro were great. Fast delivery. Exceptional. -still I believe this is what our NHS is coming too where we have to pay when exempt. Unfortunately very sad for 111 & NHS England to be in such a state. Not all can afford e consults and I’m still paying mine off on my c card!

Great emergency back up
I was recommended to the site by a friend. I couldnt get dental appointment but knew i had an infection. I was wary about getting medication online but after answering all the questions it was recommended i had antibiotics. They arrived the next day. I love the fact that info was provided to give to my gp and there has been follow up communication. Whilst i would normally seek professional adviice from my own medical teams this was a great service when no options were available to me at the time

The pharmacist dealt with my order…
The pharmacist dealt with my order professionally. It was a need for me to provide a short history of the use of my prescription, symptoms and my doctor details. This is a precautionary measure which I am fine with for safety reason. Once it is checked and verified, my prescription was despatched within 48 hours.

Excellent service and wholly hassle-free. I would highly recommend them because they helped me when nobody else would, trying to see an NHS dentist or GP is more difficult than getting an audience with The King!

Pen doesn't work keeps jamming
Switched suppliers after 9 months of treatment, big mistake. Pen has been iffy from start. Went to administer 3rd dose pen jammed then after removing medication came out so I lost my dose. Customer service not interested had me jumping through hoops, sending photos, then videos. Then said to send pen back which meant I'm missing dose now.

We want to be transparent about why we are unable to issue an immediate replacement. As a regulated pharmacy, we have a responsibility to ensure that medications are dispensed appropriately and in the correct quantities. Sending out a replacement before investigating the original pen would not be in line with our regulatory obligations, and we hope you can understand that this process exists to protect all of our patients.
