16 days to arrive
I ordered my tablets on 31st August as I was going on holiday on 8th September and wanted to have them in case I needed them abroad . There was a query from yourselves which was dealt with efficiently . They had not arrived by 6th September , speaking to Bradley who was very helpful sending me the tracking details. They did not arrive until 16th September so took 16 days to arrive, too late for me to take on holiday by 8 days . Fortunately I did not need them

I have taken a look at the tracking details provided by Royal Mail and it does appear that there has been a long delay that was unforeseen.
Your shipping cost was refunded after being made aware of this long delay.
I can only apologise on Royal Mails behalf for this delay and whilst the strikes by Royal Mail are causing delays, we would have anticipated this not cause this much of an effect.

Excellent service which I will use again. I suffer from hayfever and none of the tablets that I had from regular pharmacies worked. I called e-surgery and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who advised on what I could try. I received my order the next day and the tablets work wonders! Thank you so much for your advice Justin! I needed antibiotics for an infection but couldn't get to see a doctor do I decided to trye-surgery. My tablets were delivered the next day which cleared up my infection, so glad I took the plunge and decidec to order. Thank you so much

I ran out of my blood pressure tablets when I was away from home longer than I had expected. The e-surgery asked me a number of reasonable health questions, then accepted my order.
I received within just a few days, and I have been very satisfied with the service. I would not hesitate to use the service again in similar circumstances

Ordered Naproxin tablets yesterday. It arrived on time.
I was concerned about the legit of the company and checked Google maps street view from the address on the box. Looks like a industrial estate with a total different name on the front of building. Looks like a double glazing company. Not sure about legit of the product now.

As an online pharmacy, we do operate in a slightly different setting than your regular pharmacy as we do not have any patients that we see in person. We still have an in-house team that dispenses all your medication and is checked by our pharmacist. The main difference is that we ship all our items with Royal Mail directly to your door!
In terms of the legitimacy of the medication, we stock all UK brands from the same suppliers that stock your local pharmacies. We are regulated by the the General Pharmaceutical Council and you can find all details of our registration on our website by scrolling to the bottom of the page.

Such a great service to use. Quick and efficient.
Would be great however to have a re-order button or if I loose my tablets I can easily order some more. I have mistakenly thrown tablets away before!
