Very quick response which meant I received the treatment even before I was able to see an emergency dentist, thankyou.

Fantastic service. Had a dental infection and managed to get treatment to tie me over until I went to a dentist and get the infection under control. If I hadn't, I can't imagine what would have happened! Thank you for your help :)!

Purchased some medicine for myself. Order was cancelled in few days, due to they were not able to find a doctor. Waste of time
Answer for your reply:
This is a message from you
We have placed your medication request on hold because we were unable to verify that this treatment has been prescribed
While other company where I purchased my medicine yesterday was sure enough to ship my order today.
Seems you are just getting personal information and cancel orders. Or maybe not happy that I used voucher code.

Can't get emergency dental treatment for love nor money at weekends, so being able to get antibiotics online for a tooth infection is really important.

I got on really well with the treatment and my skin infection cleared within a couple of weeks. I am extremely happy with the service I received as well as the aftercare and will use again when and if needed.

I needed some help with a minor health problem that might have become a bigger one without some treatment. Followed the process, answered some questions, got what I needed before 1pm the following day. Absolutely brilliant!

Order #ES-1096807. Put in an order for a private prescription last Thursday (09/01/2024) with 48hr tracking. Estimated delivery was 12-13 January. When I checked my order on 13th January the status was still as “processing”. After querying this through the chat service Hannah assured me the postage would be refunded and the order would be fast tracked to be sent out with 24hr tracking as a goodwill gesture. I was relived to hear this. However, first thing on the morning of 14th received an email that my order had been refunded!! Back onto the chat and Patrizha assured me the order had not been cancelled and will be processed that day but after checking his morning it’s still saying “processing”. I’m not really sure I want to bother chasing it up again as seem to be wasting my time. They don’t seem to give a rats arse what’s happening with my order. I wouldn’t mind but how am I meant to maintain continuity of my treatment if they let me down like this? I’ve lost all confidence in their service and having to source another supplier. Such a shame as I’d been using this service since July last year but their treatment of me is ridiculous. They obviously don’t value my loyalty or custom.

Never been one to write a review but I think this company is disgusting. And nothing but money grabbing. As someone who had suffered with fertility issues for quite some time I thought I would take things into my own hands and medicate for myself instead of the nhs. Only for this company to stop supplying me with the medication half way through the treatment. This issue could have been resolved if they was to pre warn me they would be stopping it instead of putting my order on hold and telling me the day I was supposed to be Starting my course of tablets

At a time when it's so difficult getting an appointment with a GP, e-Surgery could be described as an essential emergency service. I'd have no hesitation recommending them.

I have a tooth abscess and am currently waiting to visit the hospital for treatment. I do not have a dentist and so went online to purchase antibiotics. I placed my order yesterday (Friday) at 8am, thinking that this is plenty of time to be reviewed by a pharmacist to be sent out.
They happily and rapidly took my money but haven't bothered to process my order at all in the entire time they were open yesterday. This means I'm now left the whole weekend unable to start treatment.
If they can provide a reasonable explanation for the delay alongside a full refund, then I will remove this review.
Edit to add:
Thank you for the feedback. While I understand that there is an increase in the volume of patient requests, perhaps hiring more staff is the answer to meet the business needs. Your colleague, Tara, processed my refund very quickly and it is on its way back to me. For this I increase the rating to 2 stars and for the fact that you have taken my feedback into consideration and responded with an explanation. Thank you.

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with E-Surgery while seeking Mounjaro for weight loss maintenance. Initially, I received my first maintenance dose with the reassurance that my case would be reviewed and that ongoing support would be provided. However, I was met with contradictory information when they abruptly cancelled my subsequent orders without any valid explanation. This was particularly disheartening, as their communication indicated support for individuals with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9, yet my case was dismissed the moment I reached my BMI target.
What is especially concerning is their failure to recognise the role of Mounjaro in appetite control, which is crucial for someone like me who struggles with binge eating. Despite my clear communication about needing Mounjaro for maintenance once I reached my weight loss goal, the company dismissed my requirements simply because I fell within what they deemed a "healthy" weight range.
Research indicates that discontinuing Mounjaro can lead to significant weight regain, with studies highlighting a high incidence of this issue. According to The Effect of GLP-1 Receptor Agonists on Weight Loss: A Meta-Analysis published in Obesity Reviews, patients who discontinue GLP-1 receptor agonists like Mounjaro often experience a return to pre-treatment weight, with some studies reporting weight regain in up to 85% of patients. Additionally, a systematic review published in Diabetes Obesity & Metabolism shows that the likelihood of weight regain increases significantly within the first year after stopping treatment. This evidence underscores the necessity for continued support, yet E-Surgery failed to provide the personalised care that I expected.
Moreover, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines recommend ongoing support and monitoring for patients on weight management medications, particularly when there are underlying psychological factors such as binge eating. By not adhering to these guidelines, E-Surgery has demonstrated a lack of commitment to patient care.
The absence of a duty of care and personalised treatment was evident throughout my experience. When I reached out for clarification, all the patient support team could say was that the clinician's decision was final and that it was stipulated in the terms and conditions. This left me feeling unheard and unsupported, especially after receiving previous assurances regarding my treatment.
In summary, I strongly advise anyone considering Mounjaro to seek a different supplier that genuinely supports long-term treatment. My experience with E-Surgery has shown me that once you reach your goal weight, you may find it challenging to obtain necessary medications from them. Losing weight is a complex journey, and E-Surgery’s approach was far from the supportive environment I was promised.
E-Surgery, I urge you to reconsider how your clinicians communicate with patients and align with your own stated policies. This inconsistency has not only impacted my treatment but also my overall well-being.
I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with E-Surgery while seeking Mounjaro for weight loss maintenance. Initially, I received my first maintenance dose with the promise of ongoing support. However, as soon as I reached my target BMI, they abruptly cancelled my subsequent orders without any valid explanation, despite their claims of helping patients with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9.
Their dismissive attitude towards my case was shocking. I made it clear that Mounjaro was crucial not just for weight loss, but for managing my appetite and mild binge eating tendencies. Instead of understanding this, they cut me off as soon as I reached a so-called “healthy” BMI, completely ignoring the role Mounjaro plays in appetite control. E-Surgery provided no tailored care or proper questioning of my individual needs—it felt generic and robotic, as though I was just another number.
Their response to my concerns was defensive and failed to address my actual needs. It’s obvious they are more concerned with covering themselves than offering genuine patient care. They even claimed that Mounjaro isn’t approved for binge eating, but research and real-world evidence show that Mounjaro (a GLP-1 receptor agonist) is highly effective in controlling appetite and preventing weight regain. The fact that they didn’t even try to understand this shows a complete lack of care.
E-Surgery’s "solution" was to suggest I see my GP for therapy, as if that could replace the role Mounjaro plays in managing my condition. My binge eating isn’t severe, but it is problematic, and I hadn’t found a successful treatment until Mounjaro, which really helped me control my appetite and maintain weight loss. Worse still, they made this decision without a single phone call or any attempt to understand my needs. The whole process was cold, impersonal, and dismissive.
Research shows that discontinuing GLP-1 receptor agonists like Mounjaro leads to significant weight regain for most people, but E-Surgery ignored this entirely, leaving me feeling abandoned. There was no follow-up, no care, and certainly no personalised treatment plan. Their entire approach seemed to be to push me away the moment I no longer fit their tick-box criteria.
If you’re considering E-Surgery, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. There are far better telemedicine providers who genuinely care about long-term support and patient well-being. My opinion is E-Surgery is cheap for a reason—once you’ve bought the first dose, they’ll drop you without any real concern for your health. You get what you pay for, and in this case, that means poor communication, no real support, and being treated like just another number. Save yourself the trouble and avoid E-Surgery at all costs!

I’d like to say a special thank you to this company that really looks after its patients if they are unable to see their GP soon enough. They are extremely thorough and ensure that you are receiving the correct treatment. I recently required their services and was really impressed with them. All I can say is if you have a condition and are unable to get to see your GP soon enough I strongly recommend e-Surgery. They dealt with my matter swiftly but took all medical issues into consideration and emailed me a letter to send to my GP for reference. The medication arrived immediately once any concerns by e-Surgery were resolved by them asking me some specific questions. Thank you so much e-Surgery, I’m definitely on the mend now thanks to you, and will most certainly use your services again in the future. 🏆

Overall very satisfied with the service from e-Surgery. I have used them for ordering weight loss injections. The price was very competitive. Submitting pictures was a bit of a hassle but the lady on customer service walked me through this and it was swiftly handled. The medication came very well packaged and was cold upon arrival, which I have heard was an issue with some other pharmacies. I contacted them again afterwards and they were very helpful in helping me with using the treatment.
So far I have lost 11kg and I am well on my way to achieving a healthy weight. I feel much more energetic and it has done wonders for my confidence. The treatment is not a magic solution but it has been positively life changing in helping me kickstart the weight loss. I will continue using e-Surgery and highly recommend them.

I can’t tell you how fantastic this company is. I struggled to get a dental appointment and had an abscess in tooth root awaiting a root canal. Amoxicillin was bought from this company and arrived quickly for the infection after a dentist found infection via an XRay. Just had root canal but dentist did not offer treatment for abscess under tooth due to being not a caring dentist. I managed to get a course of Metronidazole which reading online is a stronger antibiotic more specific to dental infection which was received from this company today. As long as it was more than 3 month since last antibiotics they prescribe them.
They have saved me so much pain and the service has been quick, very professional medically, safe and incredible. I have a private dentist with no NHS dentists available and having this service has saved me another appointment with them. 1st class service from this company
