Excellent service. Unfortunately, these companies are now necessary, as they fill the gap in service no longer offered by the doctor's surgery and pharmacist. By the time I'd managed to get an appointment with a doctor, my medication had arrived and I was halfway through the course of treatment.

Nice easy smooth transaction…just as it should be. I would have had to wait for over three weeks for a telephone appointment with my GP.
My sinus infection was very painful.
Once the facts were established E-Surgery solved the issue quickly, prescribed and sent the appropriate antibiotics by post very quickly.
The relief after just 24hours was heaven. E-Surgery were there when I needed help as the NHS is virtually non existent now.
Very sad. Would highly recommend.

First time using this service and I am very impressed. Easy and factual information on the website allowed me to get to right treatment required. All ordered and delivered on time.

I was actually pretty happy with e-surgery, but this time experience was different. I’m ordering my treatment from them as I simply haven’t got time to go to doctors. I was ordering it on a regular basis (not controlled medicine or anything). I’ve been asked for my blood test results a couple of times and no problem there I am checking myself on a regular basis. I mainly do it privately as we all know how NHS is (I am getting an annual review - but this is once a year not anytime I want). This time when I requested my meds it took a couple of days before I got a message that an order is on hold. Few hours later a message has arrived from I guess a doctor? Requesting test results- I thought ok annoying as I have only just sent them recently , but nonetheless sent out blood test results from private surgery. A day later I’m getting a response completely ignoring the results and request for a blood test from a GP or NHS app! I can’t have these done whenever I want and I did sent my annual review once couple months back. I also pay extra to get medicine delivered as I haven’t got time to queue at GP surgery every time I need a prescription. If I did would have no need for an online service now would I? Now I have to find the time and the way to get my usual prescription so thank you. I appreciate being careful etc. But that’s a bit much, especially these aren’t regulated or dangerous medications. Not happy at all!

I had a very painful mouth infection, could not get an appointment with dentist,my daughter found e-surgery online, after filling in a small form, I was sent a prescription, now pain-free, will definitely recommend to others,

Amazing!! had a tooth abscess come up and my dentist couldn’t see me for a week so ordered these, really helped with the infection till I got the tooth removed. Will definitely use again in the future.

I knew I had an abcesss about to form on my gum from the swelling and throbbing sensation in my cheek... I contacted my doctor and they refused to help saying I needed an emergency dentist appointment... I have recently moved and do not have a dentist tried to find an emergency dentist and everywhere was booked and I couldn't be fitted in they explained that they couldn't help me until next week.... I then rang 111 and after a 30 minute conversation of questioning she said she couldn't help.... I went to local AnE they point blank said NO they can't help.... I gave up and just looked online to see if I could find the product that would help.... I found E surgery after a few questions my delivery came early the next day... after 2 hours of taking the antibiotic my face feels 90% better already and the week treatment cost literally pennies..... THANK YOU E SURGERY for your prompt service.... Anyone who has a similar problem please do not hesitate to contact this company.... You will not be disappointed....

I was home from University over Easter had a Sinus infection. Couldn't reach my surgery that was 6 hours away and was closed. My old GP where I grow up couldn't help me.

Approved antibiotics and shipped within 3 hours of ordering for a gum infection, should of arrived 48 hours later but royal mail were terrible as usual so arrived 5 days later the excuse was that bank holiday was busy great excuse...

I had no prior doctor's appointment and not had medication for the same fault for over a year.

The medication is very expensive at £33 shipped however a day off work, a dentist appointment and medication cost a significant amount more!.

Will definitely use the service again top marks.

Super quick service, especially so considering it was Easter Saturday when I ordered. Straightforward to get the treatment requested for severe toothache (while waiting for appointment with dentist who was on holiday) and the follow up advice was very useful. Can’t fault the service received.

Great experience from start to finish. After endless attempts of trying to get an appointment from the doctors with no luck, I knew exactly what treatment I needed as ive had numerous throat infections before, i ordered the antibiotics and got them the next day which was at an extra cost but the option to have them sooner was great and they also sending you an email about the treatment you've ordered and how to take it etc incase your not sure. They worked as expected and i will definitely be ordering again should I need to in future. Thank you 😊

Couldn't get an appointment with dentist for tooth abcess. Filled in online questions and symptoms and was told the suitable treatment. Shipped and received quickly. I was very wary of ordering online but will definitely use this service again.

I had a very smooth transaction on my first purchase, but unfortunately their returning price was not competitive enough on my second time. The cost is important to lots of people going private for this amazing treatment.....Nothing wrong with the service though

I came down with an infected tooth which was horrendous. It was a Friday evening to the start of a bank holiday weekend.

By Saturday lunch time I knew I needed to get some antibiotics asap so I googled for a chemist and E-Surgery came up.

I filled in the details of my problem.
I was then given the choice of 2 kinds of antibiotics, I opted for the longest course.

Paid the fee and less than 18hrs later at 10:45 on a bank holiday Sunday! my antibiotics arrived!!!.

I have no doubt in my mind that if I hadn't found E-Surgery online services, I would of been in major trouble.

Dentist stated that by taking those antibiotics I had stopped the infection from getting worse.

So easy to order.

Straight forward questions and then you get a choice of which antibiotics suits you.

Best £30 I have spent for a long time!!
