I needed spare inhalers as I was going to Valencia to see the eclipse. I could not get a repeat prescription, nor a spare inhaler in case of loss, or emergency in time from my GP. Absolutely 5 star service. e-surgery are a credit to their business. Website was easy to navigate and very straightforward. Ordered medication arrived within 48 hours. Have been purchasing from this Company for over 12 months now and find them excellent. Customer Service is extremely good and deal with queries or advice very well. I had been suffering with sinusitis for…
I had been suffering with sinusitis for almost 10 day, i used my local pharmacy who said it was just a blocked nose, suggesting decongestant, id used sudafed, nasal sprays for 5days steam etc. Nothing worked, i began feeling exhausted, headaches. My friend told me about the online chemist, I completed the questionnaire and personal questions. Which suggested antibiotics, i ordered them at the reasonable price and they arrived the next day, I'm on day 4 of taking them and I feel so much better almost 100%😀

Toothache
After having a toothache for bout 3 days I came across this website…. I am so truly thankful for this service it was quick and easy to follow and really impressed with the very quick delivery of some antibiotics ! I can’t thank you enough. So hard to get on the NHS for any dental care these days!

SPARE INHALER…
I was only'SWAYED' to order a 'spare' salbutamol inhaler, due to their CONSTANT circular emails with discount codes they kept sending me!, touting for orders. My medical practice has gone vastly downhill since moving premises, it's far less hassle PAYING for an inhaler online than trying to contact my surgery, where i get them for free. After me typing a long, time consuming email to E-surgery, with all the INFO they requested, they then refused my order-ADDING "your refund can take up to TEN DAYS" ??-DISGUSTING. They TOOK my funds IMMEDIATELY, ( & prior to approval?🤦♀️🙆♀️)but i now have to wait 10 DAYS for them to return my funds?!!-totally unnacceptable. I've NEVER had all THIS performance with any other online chemist, who ALL have access to my GP medical records, & i always complete the necessary online consultations, as expected. I've now unsubscribed from E-surgery. NEVER, EVER, AGAIN.

Regarding the refund timeframe I want to clarify that the up to 10 days is a guideline set by the banks themselves and is unfortunately outside of our control. We state up to 10 days as some banks such as Monzo can take a little longer to process returns however the majority of customers receive their refund within 2 to 3 days. We sincerely apologise if this was not made clear enough.
With regards to payment being taken upfront this is standard practice across the majority of online pharmacies. We do state within the consultation that in the event we are unable to fulfil an order a full refund will always be issued.
We are also sorry that your order was unable to be fulfilled on this occasion and I would genuinely like to look into this further for you.
