I can’t tell you how fantastic this company is. I struggled to get a dental appointment and had an abscess in tooth root awaiting a root canal. Amoxicillin was bought from this company and arrived quickly for the infection after a dentist found infection via an XRay. Just had root canal but dentist did not offer treatment for abscess under tooth due to being not a caring dentist. I managed to get a course of Metronidazole which reading online is a stronger antibiotic more specific to dental infection which was received from this company today. As long as it was more than 3 month since last antibiotics they prescribe them.
They have saved me so much pain and the service has been quick, very professional medically, safe and incredible. I have a private dentist with no NHS dentists available and having this service has saved me another appointment with them. 1st class service from this company

I had horrific dental pain and could not get into my dentist even on emergency appointment for 3 weeks! I simply could not wait that long for antibiotics with the pain I was in. A quick online consultation form with e surgery and I was given options for treatment. I received my antibiotics the next day! I would highly recommend using them for instances like this and I will definitely use them again.

Ordered antibiotic for tooth infection, arrived the next day. So easy to use service and super quick delivery. Can’t tell you what a relief it was, I was petrified I wouldn’t be able to get treatment quickly enough locally.

Ordered antibiotics on 31/1. Order placed on hold to confirm my ID. This was confirmed same day. Order then placed on hold for a pharmacist to ask me a question. Again I replied immediately, followed by 2 days of radio silence and then the order being rejected. Why not reject same day so I could seek alternative treatment. I used this service as the government recommend using a pharmacy instead of GP for minor issues, well with poor customer service like this I would never use such a company again. I would not recommend to anyone!

Thank you so much for helping me with a treatment for a UTI, as I was unable to to get an appt with my GP. I felt too poorly to sit at the emergancy clinic some distance away from my home ( I had a four hour wait there last time, feeling utterly dreadful). Accessible, convenient and punctual service. I was able to start treatment almost immediately without having to wait for a doctors appointment and get a prescription. Medication ordered was effective in clearing my illness.

Clear clinical pathway and prompt delivery of treatment

Awful service. I needed treatment for infection and was prescribed antibiotics, I selected their collect from post office option with tracked delivery. After the package was delivered I went to collect it from the post office and was told they didn't have it, so I called e-surgery to explain. They said they would launch an investigation but in the meantime they couldn't send out any new treatment, therefore I was forced to access treatment elsewhere. A month later they contacted me to say the antibiotics had been returned to them and would I like them to be resent, at this point I had already been treated so requested a refund. Initially they refused to offer me a refund as apparently their terms and conditions dictate that they can't, despite the fact I never received the treatment I paid for through no fault of my own. When I continued to complain about this they reluctantly agreed to a 55% refund (and even then did not include the tracked delivery fee in the calculation) "since the cost of the prescriber's time is a specialized service". I thought this was frankly a ridiculous excuse to charge me money for an item I never received and had no control over, not to mention the fact that I was in need of medical care and their initial solution to that was for me to wait for over a month while they conducted their investigation.

I was treated on time and the service was friendly and transparent.served me a lot of time and money too!

The initial consultation was thorough the prescription was prompt and the treatment good. The cost was not excessive for good service.
