Urinary Tract Infection Treatment
ACCEPTED MY ORDER THEN CANCELLED LATER
Accepted my order for testosterone gel, took my payment, then cancelled it a few days later.
Had to go elsewhere, who accepted and dispatched within 24 hours.
Unfortunately not first time this happened this year - even had the same occur for hayfever treatment which was an over-the-counter product. Had to drive to Asda to buy it instead.

The online service was excellent, i was suffering from a tooth infection & couldn't get a dentist appointment for 2 weeks, after answering a few uncomplicated questions i was offered a prescription of antibiotics, from taking my order to having a delivery it was 24hrs Thank you!

No option to return and expensive
No option to return, expensive. Had to get antibiotic for tooth infection but arrived late and had to source same elsewhere. Expensive and unable to return, neither can use too. So £40 down the drain.
Wouldn’t use it again and to be honest should’t be an option to rely on as it takes nearly two days to get it which in most cases of infection antibiotics should be taken as soon as possible. There should be at least a warning on their website so customers are aware of this drawback.

I have checked your order and I can see that this was placed on the 29th of March and it was delivered at 15:46 the following day on the 30th. With the 24 tracked delivery service that you ordered with, this is generally the quickest that this would get to you. We do offer a slightly faster delivery service in the next day delivery service which guarantees delivery before 1pm. I am sorry that we were unable to get this to you quicker but I am afraid that same day delivery is not something that we currently offer.
Regarding returns, once medication has been dispatched from our pharmacy, we're unfortunately unable to accept returns unless the product is damaged or faulty. This is standard practice for prescription medications due to safety and regulatory requirements.

Most of the other online pharmacies don't do this,but this company made the right decision for me. They also followed delivery instructions,which is important. I will definitely be using them again. We do require a consultation to be completed for all orders, which can take around 5 minutes depending on the treatment. While I understand this can feel lengthy, it’s essential for our clinical team to have all the information they need to prescribe safely.
Regarding your order being placed on hold, we did need to ask the same questions on three occasions because the responses provided didn’t meet the clinical requirements we need to proceed. i would not recommend them at all stay away.
i wanted to buy two boxes of Amoxicillin 500mg Capsules and Metronidazole 400mg which may i add are completely over priced by 90% you can get 100 capsules for £15 i paid £23.96 just for 15 tablets the industry is a ripp off your better going to a chinese or Thailand pharmacy online which i ended up buying for much cheaper for 100 tablets of both Amoxicillin 500mg Capsules and Metronidazole 400mg
anyway after i paid got an email stating:
Your order es-1781910 has been placed on hold
order on hold. Because you’ve recently taken antibiotics for the same dental infection
this was a big fat lie never had this before ever ordered from them or anybody else before.
i emailed them they stated: treatment, our guidelines dictate that we can only prescribe 1 course of antibiotics at a time.
too much hassle to buy from them, they could have just sent it off as a one off no one would have known. plus it is way over priced anyway makes no sense, i just end up going to the chinese pharmacy online got 100 for less.
its best people take advantage of the NHS and get it cheaper as well.

We do offer discount codes, which I can see you took advantage of, and you are of course welcome to use a different provider if our pricing doesn’t suit your needs.
However, I must address your concerns about antibiotics. For patient safety, we can only issue one course of antibiotics within a 12-week window. This is in line with our clinical guidelines and those of the majority of regulated pharmacies, designed to keep patients safe and reduce antibiotic resistance. You also mentioned in your email to us that you made a mistake in your consultation regarding previous antibiotic use. We did send you the Amoxicillin to help treat your dental infection as requested.
I want to strongly advise against purchasing or taking 100 tablets of antibiotics from unregulated sources. Taking excessive or unnecessary antibiotics puts you at serious risk of developing antibiotic-resistant infections, which can be extremely dangerous. The course length we provided is what is recommended by the NHS and is clinically appropriate for treating your condition safely.
I’m sorry if you found our process frustrating, but these guidelines exist to protect your health.
