This service is perfect! It's impossible trying to get good service from the pharmacy attached to my GP practice - they're never open when I finish work, they're closed from Friday evening to Monday and it's thoroughly inconvenient trying to get there before work. e-Surgery's system is convenient and efficient and once I'd answered all the health-related questions it was as simple as pie.

Veey simple to use site .very good value and prompt delivery

Pros - very easy to place the order, good updates all the way regarding order status, fast despatch and delivery. All in all a very professional service.

Cons - I would have preferred the packaging to be more anonymous without any reference to health / medical supplies within.

Health questionnaire clear & concise. Once approved, relevant meds can be purchased. Good value & fast delivery. would recommend e-surgery & buy from again. No issues at all.

Very straightforward purchase. I was able to buy blood pressure tablets after answering small questionnaire. I was out of sinc with my repeat and being able to purchase the tablets was a great help.

Fantastic service. My local pharmacy has been having a lot of trouble filling one of my prescription medications. In desperation, I decided to try e-Surgery. Seriously gone down hill since being taken over or whatever they chose to tell you!!

They appear now to be operating under a couple of different names?? E-Surgery/Evaro/Total Access Health. Even companies house doesn't explain which they are????

My husband ordered some medication & they put it on hold & said they needed his doctors details. Why? after all these years of ordering with no problems would you suddenly want them & do you really think We would allow a company or companies, which ever you are now, access to private & confidential information, don't think so!!

We have asked for all information to be erased from their system, as yet this hasn't been done. We will check again in a couple of days, if not done then We will take this matter further!!

Think We'll stick with our Doctors, the professionals & our NHS who are bound by rules & Data Protection etc

Easy to use. Prompt service. Good value

This is a phramacy that asks all the relevant questions (including whether or not that can contact your local Health Practice). My impression is that they take care before prescribing anything, but they also take account of what you tell them. Thanks to this service I was able to obtain bisoprolol tablets (to keep my heart rate steady) when my prescription was lost by Royal Mail. I have also been able to obtain other medication when it has proven impossible to book a non-emergency appointment with a doctor at my local group practice.

Going between Dr's and local pharmacy because no one knew where my prescription was. I ran out of high blood pressure meds. Anyone who's on high blood pressure medicine knows you can have a stroke when you miss your doses. What a joke! Went online to e surgery and got my meds by the next morning!

I am very impressed and reassured by the online pharmacy service that I have used for the first time. Their site is very easy to navigate, selection of available treatments is extensive; backed by a professional team This series is NOT like the many risky outfits out there peddling their concoctions - they are professionally regulated and accountable. I am a health professional myself and checked this company out and reassured using them. My requirements were assessed and only then a prescription was issued. Pricing is much cheaper than even when you are obtaining scripts hzv8ng bought a NHS pre-payment certificate. You have backup if you need help - just ask them online. I would always recommend that your GP is made aware that you are receiving prescriptions from any online pharmacy. Excellent, transparent pharmacy.
