**Excellent service and responsible prescribing**
I’m extremely happy with the service I received from e-Surgery. As someone with type 1 diabetes, I appreciated that they carried out proper due diligence rather than simply issuing a prescription. They asked sensible questions to ensure I understood the additional risks, knew what warning signs to look out for and was confident about monitoring my glucose, ketones and insulin requirements while taking Mounjaro.
It has been incredibly frustrating that my NHS diabetes team acknowledged Mounjaro could benefit me and said they would support me taking it, yet still refused to prescribe it—even off-label. I was therefore left with no choice but to fund the treatment privately.
I’m very impressed with e-Surgery for listening, taking my individual circumstances seriously and helping me access the treatment responsibly. The whole process felt professional, thorough and supportive. I would happily recommend them.

They have suddenly turned into a bunch of jobsworths. Worried about being sued presumably.
Ordered back-up supplies of blood pressure medication on and off for several years (as my surgery are sometimes too slow and only issue a month at a time).
Suddenly my confirming that I have had a blood test is not enough, they want to see a copy!
Ridiculous. Inconvenient. Means I am more likely to run out. Thanks a bunch.

Fantastic service when I was having issues with my GP providing a prescription for Levothyroxine ( I’ve been in for 22yrs) . Sent blood TFT tests got my supply very quickly

Absolutely awful service. They false advertise on their website and are quick to take your money before deciding if they wanna honor an order even though I uploaded all they required. These type of online pharmacy businesses should go bankrupt as they're just useless!
Later edit: after their reply and after taking my time to email them AGAIN, they didn't do anything. Just FYI when there is a hold on an amount you can return it the next day, but you decided to do 5 days as if it was a return. Don't blame my bank, I can literally see it pending. I've had instant or after a day released amounts that were amount pending so THIS IS ON YOU AND YOUR SUBPAR SERVICE. I don't care that all online pharmacy have this abusive practice of charging before guaranteeing they can honour of order, you are all just as subpar, hence why I said "these", plural.

It took awhile to get approval for the medication and then they want me to get blood test from the GP and upload my results. I was hoping for an easier service than going to my GP. At the GP it takes 2 weeks to get an appointment then a long wait a blood test. Months go by before you get anywhere. I was hoping the e-surgery would expedite matters but alas not.

Absolutely brilliant,,it worked great. I will let my friends and family know of this site. Thank you soooo much, I had pus seeping through my gums followed by blood, copious amounts, I requested an antibiotic that would help this condition, and you sent me amoxcillin. No more gunk escalating through the gums. Thanks again e-surgery.

Did n9t inform me of safety testing protocols. Left me with dangerous levels. Would not let me speak to prescriber. Blamed another company. Completely failed to offer any advice or support to help me deal with the toxicity their prescription created. Put me at serious risk. Did not do anything to help put this right. Will be reporting to pharmacy council.
Replied saying they contacted me - they asked for a blood test result then I have never heard from them again. It's shocking

I was actually pretty happy with e-surgery, but this time experience was different. I’m ordering my treatment from them as I simply haven’t got time to go to doctors. I was ordering it on a regular basis (not controlled medicine or anything). I’ve been asked for my blood test results a couple of times and no problem there I am checking myself on a regular basis. I mainly do it privately as we all know how NHS is (I am getting an annual review - but this is once a year not anytime I want). This time when I requested my meds it took a couple of days before I got a message that an order is on hold. Few hours later a message has arrived from I guess a doctor? Requesting test results- I thought ok annoying as I have only just sent them recently , but nonetheless sent out blood test results from private surgery. A day later I’m getting a response completely ignoring the results and request for a blood test from a GP or NHS app! I can’t have these done whenever I want and I did sent my annual review once couple months back. I also pay extra to get medicine delivered as I haven’t got time to queue at GP surgery every time I need a prescription. If I did would have no need for an online service now would I? Now I have to find the time and the way to get my usual prescription so thank you. I appreciate being careful etc. But that’s a bit much, especially these aren’t regulated or dangerous medications. Not happy at all!

Easy to order, Abbott glucose monitor as described. Very quick delivery and cheaper than ordering from manufacturer !

I live in a rural area and don't drive. My doctor won't do house visits and I -like many others-can't get a dentist.
Doctor refused to prescribe antibiotics as 'they don't do that for dental problems' and told me to go to a dentist. I had three gum abcesses leaking pus and blood. I knew the cause was not tooth related. Doctor wouldn't listen, E-surgery did.
E-surgery sent antibiotics within 24 hours, and a further different course shortly after the first was finished. Both delivered on time with the Royal Mail service chosen.
The gum abcesses are gone, I can bite again, I can chew and the pain is no longer there. Gums now normal again.
I was asked both before and after to complete a really accessible questionnaire-good for fellow Autistics who invariably hate forms. No long-winded demands for ridiculous info.
I had a great level of notifications each time a new step in the process was reached.
And my meds were put through my letterbox.
I am entitled to NHS care but as I can't get any, I used this firm and will absolutely go back if it happens again-or for anything else I can do via them. It so suited me as I knew what the problem was, and I wish I could use them for other issues too that they currently don't deal with as the whole experience was seamless.
They have guardrails, and didn't demand a call.
I also liked the fact they told me how much I had saved the NHS by using them too, that was a nice touch.
I have a given a rough date of experience as I haven't gone to look for when I ordered, it was within a few weeks.

Terrible company, wanted hrt patches, put all details in, then said blood pressure test, which i got from neighbours monitor, was wanting to try a months patches to see if worked then i would go onto getting them off docs, sent blood pressure test over, said will it be getting sent out today moving? Said if not i have a refund, didnt say anything about getting delivery , just issued a refund, generetic replies then a refund after me giving them blood pressure reading too !!!!
Wasted my time giving blood pressure if not going to even attempt to send them out !!!!
Obviously had no intention hence the quick refund, only wanting to know if be getting sent out ???
Take no notice too off hanahs replies she does not reply either after posting on here 🤣

Was straight forward and efficient. Needed a recent blood result which was a reasonable request. Option of not writing directly to GP.

Discovered Evaro through their partnership with the Clue cycle tracking app, as they offer free NHS contraception. Like a lot of people, I work Mon-Fri and so often struggle to get doctors appointments, so being able to get the pill without having to take time off work (and not have to pay like other online pharmacies!)
I filled out a quick consultation very late on Saturday night, had a link to do a blood pressure reading within half an hour. Had a request for more info on Monday (because I stupidly missed out some info on the initial consultation) and requested a specific brand of pill in my reply.
First thing Wednesday morning, I had my pill. Not only did they listen to and honour my request for a particular brand, they also sent six months' worth!
Considering I hadn't filled out the consultation form correctly, have medical issues which limit the contraception types I can use, and had a specific brand request, the process seemed extremely quick and easy from start to finish. Not only that, but this service was completely free to me at point of use. I will happily be using Evaro again when I need to refill my prescription!

Placed and order online on the 15th for inhaler and a flow meter ( didnt really need the flow meter but thought might as well get one while i was ordering) . Anyway placed the order and paid for next day delivery for this time today (1pm). Anyway 10 minutes ago I got an email saying they have not sent the inhaler ( which is the reason i placed an order) and will refund me for that, and on top of that the rest of my order has not even been sent yet !!!! So refund me the NEXT DAY DELIVERY COSTS TOO!!! Absolutely poor communication and a scam charging for next day delivery when they have not even sent the item by the time they should have been arriving !!!!!

I have just ordered my second months worth of a treatment that I need. Its been much easier getting tests done privately through companies such as Thriva & Numan and then coming to E Surgery to get the prescription required as opposed to waiting weeks for appointments and blood tests at my GP, then waiting for a referral to the endocrine department.
E Surgerys online forms have been straightforward and easy to use, my first order with them took a couple of days longer than I had hoped but Id ordered mid week so its possible the weekend delayed the process.
Overall, excellent service and would highly recommend.

I found that E surgery are very informative and good service with there product.Mounjaro gives you an education into your eating habits. It is helping me lose weight, brought down my blood pressure.I,m over the moon with the results.
I have been on lisinopril for ten years for high blood pressure. I had a repeat prescription with this company until they made the dangerous and reckless decision to suddenly halt my prescription. This class of medication is extremly dangerous to suddenly quit. The worst thing is they ask me for a gp review for EACH order of the same medication. If i have to go to the gp each time this service is completely rudendant. This company refuses me medication i NEED to stay alive .Now i have to wait 4 weaks until i can get a gp appointment ( the single purpose of this service )with dangerously high blood pressure at risk of stroke heart attack and kidney damage. DO NOT use this company for anything other than over the counter medication and even for that they are overpriced. Which leaves no real reason to use this company especially when there are other services that offer the same thing without the nonsense

I was told by my surgery to have a blood test before ordering more thyroxine. There wasn't a slot available for a test before I ran out of thyroxine. e-Surgery were excellent and now I know I can maintain my regimen if I need to. Also, when I got my NHS prescription, I noticed the make of the drug was exactly the same as supplied by e-Surgery.

This online pharmacy is extremely thorough, affordable, and dispatch items super quick!
I use them for my HRT which is half the price I would pay through my menopausal clinic. I still get blood tests through my clinic to regularly check my levels are safe, and then provide this information to e-surgery as required.
e-surgery will liaise with your GP, as well as run a health check questionnaire to ensure your health and wellbeing before despatching items, which is obviously how it should operate.
Delivery is usually next day, which isn’t charged at a premium delivery rate, and items are packaged well.
I haven’t needed to use this company for any other product as yet, but most certainly will continue to use, and I can highly recommend them as trusted online pharmaceutical providers.
