A shockingly poor service! I ordered antibiotics for a dental infection and answered all the questions fully. My order was approved. I then received an email saying that the prescriber had questions as to why I had requested metronidazole as they would normally prescribe amoxicillin or penicillin - did I have an allergy? I responded that no, I didn't, but that since I have IBS (though don't take any medication for this), I have used Metronidazole in the past without side effects and this is my preferred antibiotic.
They immediately cancelled my order, without any explanation. I received an email saying we're unable to fulfil your order and have refunded you.
This is totally unacceptable. No reason was provided for the order cancellation and I'm now without the medication I require, and £35 down. It will take 3 to 5 days for a refund.
Do not recommend this website at all!

I had been suffering with sinusitis for almost 10 day, i used my local pharmacy who said it was just a blocked nose, suggesting decongestant, id used sudafed, nasal sprays for 5days steam etc. Nothing worked, i began feeling exhausted, headaches. My friend told me about the online chemist, I completed the questionnaire and personal questions. Which suggested antibiotics, i ordered them at the reasonable price and they arrived the next day, I'm on day 4 of taking them and I feel so much better almost 100%😀

Let me be crystal clear: this review is not about money. I got my refund. This is about a man named Bradley who has no business being anywhere near patient safety.
Here are the cold, hard facts — and I mean cold, because my medicine sure as hell wasn't:
· My temperature-sensitive medicine was shipped with a pathetic 0.5kg ice pack. That ice pack would have melted on day one — before the package even reached the depot.
· The first delivery failed. The package was then dumped overnight in a sweltering — local post office with no climate control.
· The next day, on 28°C out it baked in a delivery van all morning and didn't reach me until 1pm.
· When I opened that box, the pen was warm to the touch. Not cool. Not room temperature. Warm. The medicine inside was degraded, ineffective, and unsafe to put in my body.
I called immediately. And who answered? Bradley.
Bradley — with absolute, jaw-dropping confidence — told me the medicine was "safe" and that 30°C was fine. onfidence — told me the medicine was "safe" and that 30°C was fine. Because on that day it was a sunny 28°C outside. But here's the kicker: every reader has to admit the van gets like a greenhouse in the heat. HE SAID IT HIMSELF medicine safe Below 30°C but with melted 0.5kg ice pack as it was dispatched on the 20th of May on the 21st it was exposed to temperatures it should never have & if it was delivered it would have been within the current guidelines of 1 off exposure . So he KNEW my medicine was cooking in a mobile oven untill 5pm & over night in sweltering tiny post office back into the baker van till 1pm on the 22nd of May 2026— and still had the audacity to tell me it was "fine. That is medically illiterate. That is dangerous misinformation. And frankly, it's negligent.
I asked for a refund. I asked for an exchange. I asked for anything. Bradley said no. Every single complaint I raised? Bounced straight back to Bradley. Nobody else reviewed my case. No supervisor. No escalation. Just Bradley, blocking every door, hiding behind his inbox like a coward.
Let me be honest: there are decent people who work at that pharmacy. But Bradley? Bradley is a liability. How he made it to manager is beyond me — and I say that with my full chest. He dismissed a genuine health risk like I was complaining about a late pizza.
I fought. I got my money back. But that doesn't undo the fact that this company let my medicine rot, lied to my face about its safety, and trapped me in a loop of Bradley's incompetence for weeks.
So here's my warning to anyone ordering from here:
Open your package the SECOND it arrives. Check the temperature. Check the product. And if something goes wrong? Don't expect Bradley to care. He won't. He'll gaslight you, stall you, and refuse to take responsibility until you're blue in the face.
This company needs to take a long, hard look at who they put in charge of customer safety. Because Bradley? He's not fit for the job. Full stop.

Simple to fill out the form. Service was great. Full control with how quick you get your delivery. Option to tell your doctor or you are given a letter to give to your doctor. I found this service was far quicker than going to your doctors/dentist. Over all it took around 10 minutes from start to finish.

Took my money for first 3 months for triple hair loss spray.
Tried for 3 months, no change whatsoever. Couldn’t order anymore.
Item rubbish. Wasted money on 3 month supply.
Don’t waste your money!
Customer services poor, item poor!

Requested antibiotics for sinusitis but emailed to say I needed to try steroid nasal spray first. Emailed back to say I had tried them previously with no improvement and usually ended up needing antibiotics. Tried the nasal spray when it arrived with little improvement. Ended up going to MIIU where they agreed I needed antibiotics.

Can’t speak for results yet as I have only been using the product for 1 week. The service was great, including asking the relevant questions and offering to inform my GP for me that I am using the product. Also arrived a couple of days after I ordered it which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise. The product I wanted wasn’t in stock when I intially created an account and I DIDNT receive lots of spam emails asking me to buy something which made me more inclined to return and buy the product when it was back in stock. My brother in law has used this for around 5-6 months and has seen and great result.

order the tablets to help with my pain and I received them earlier than I was told which has meant I could get my pain under control and had a lovely Christmas

Despite clicking on allergy to penicillin, they dispensed and posted penicillin.

I am very concerned about my experience with this company. I ordered an Epi pen medical device, which is designed to be used in urgent situations and should be completely reliable. However, the item arrived unsealed, which immediately raised questions about its safety, integrity, and quality control.
When I contacted customer support, I expected a replacement or at least an inspection, given that this is a medical device intended to support health and potentially save a life. Instead, the company refused to replace or accept the return, despite the product arriving in an unacceptable condition.
Medical devices must meet strict standards so customers can trust them in moments when they are needed most. Receiving an unsealed device, and then being denied any resolution, has left me unable to rely on this product or this company.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from them, particularly for items where safety and reliability are essential.

It would appear that this company has not been able to cope with the change in Mounjaro pricing and has lost control of its customer relationship management process
Examples are impossible to phone them, calls just dropped eventually they took down their phone answering service
Orders cancelled in August and then advised product available at significantly increased cost in early September
Emails not acknowledged for several days and then full of apologies
Their on-line ordering system continues to function, however once you have placed an order there is no option to cancel an order so you are locked in
No evidence that the prescribing team is reading emails with request
It has been a very stressful period and I’m seriously considering switching to an alternative subscription

Reply from e-Surgery & EVARO
I recently began using Mounjaro through e-Surgery, opting for their subscription model. The pricing seemed competitive, and the setup offered a straightforward way to manage re-orders.
About a month in, Eli Lilly announced a price increase—something I fully understand was beyond e-Surgery’s control and affected the entire industry. However, this announcement appeared to trigger a chain of events that led to shockingly poor service and chaotic communication.
Initially, I received an email confirming my subscription would continue as normal, with the option to purchase an additional pen at the original price. I called their team, spoke with a helpful staff member who explained the process, and even provided a discount code. I received both my regular subscription pen and the extra one without issue.
Then, a couple of weeks later, I got another email saying they’d relaxed their prescribing criteria and I could order yet another pen—so I did.
Fast forward to today, and I’ve now received this message:
“Unfortunately, we are unable to process your order for Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) Weight Loss Injection at this time. This is because we have already provided two pens earlier than scheduled, and our current prescribing policies do not allow us to issue additional pens before the due date. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, please refer to your GP or NHS 111 for guidance.”
This directly contradicts their previous communications. It feels like they’re making up policies on the fly. Not only am I now being refunded without receiving the pen I ordered, but they’ve also cancelled my subscription entirely.
Frankly, it’s a shambles. The inconsistency and lack of clarity have been unacceptable, and it’s clear they’re operating without a coherent strategy—at the expense of their customers.
UPDATED 12/08/2025:
To compound the issues already mentioned, I was expecting my OPT pen to arrive on Wednesday via Royal Mail 24. It failed to arrive on time, so I contacted e-Surgery through their live chat to report the delay—no response was received. The pen eventually turned up yesterday, a full day late. I immediately informed e-Surgery that the ice packs had completely melted upon arrival, and the temperature of the medication was 18.1°C. I’ve since followed up with an additional email, but again, no reply.
For full transparency:
Below is the email I sent them. As you’ll see, their chatbot also gave incorrect guidance. According to Eli Lilly’s own recommendations, once MJ has been exposed to room temperature, it must be used within 21 days. That’s clearly unworkable—especially considering I still have three doses remaining in my current pen.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Dear Sirs,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order, which was sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 but failed to arrive on the promised date. I contacted you on Wednesday to confirm non-receipt, having taken a day off work specifically to ensure I was available for delivery. Despite the tracking app stating the item would arrive between 10:30 and 13:30, no delivery occurred. The last scan showed the parcel in Norwich at 18:59 on 09/09/2025, which only heightened my concern.
The order finally arrived yesterday (11/09/2025) —a full day late—and, as feared, the ice pack was completely melted. The interior of the packaging and the medication pen itself were warm to the touch. I measured the temperature using an infrared thermometer, which read 18.1°C. I have photographic evidence of this.
I attempted to raise this issue via your Chat system previously, flagging that the medicine was warm. Unfortunately, the automated response incorrectly advised that the pen could still be used within 30 days. I have two serious concerns with this:
1. Eli Lilly’s official guidance clearly states that an unopened pen may only be stored at ambient temperature for up to 21 days once removed from refrigerated conditions—not 30 days, as your chatbot claimed.
2. I am currently using an existing pen with three doses remaining. Even if the newly delivered pen were viable, I cannot use both simultaneously. One of them will inevitably go to waste.
I am extremely disappointed. I have never had issues with your service before and have placed my trust in you to handle sensitive medication appropriately. This situation has left me with zero confidence in the safety of the product I received, and I am now unsure how to proceed.
I would appreciate a prompt response outlining how you intend to resolve this. I expect either a replacement or a refund, and reassurance that future deliveries will be handled with the necessary care and accuracy.
Sincerely,
