No prescription from GP - they won’t sell HRT
Hello. I just ordered meds for myself and they put my order on hold. They took money tho. Then they asked me to submit screenshots and evidence that my biopsy which was done an year ago was benign, so I had to download NHs app, tried multiple times to login (as I don’t do NHS, that was a reason why I went to private at the first place), then found my letter about my old biopsy, screenshot it and sent it to them as requested after 5 or 6 emails back in forward they cancelled my order and said money will appear on your account in 10 days.
Now, if you are rejecting customers who wants to buy HRT without previously being prescribed patches why you let people fill out questionnaire form on the first place? I spent 20 min filling up your forms where you haven’t mentioned even once that if I don’t have prescription from my GP you won’t sell patches to me? So if I do have prescription from my GP why would I even go to your site to buy it?????? Nonsense.
Do not buy from them, no prescriptions from your GP - no HRT. Waisted my time

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. I completely understand why this has been upsetting, and I’d like to address your concerns.
Regarding payment, as with the majority of online pharmacies and retailers, we do require payment upfront to process an order. However, if our clinical team is unable to issue treatment, a full refund is always provided. Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your account — this is not something we control directly, but is determined by your bank’s processing schedule.
Regarding the decision to decline your order, this was not a blanket policy of refusing HRT without a GP prescription. Our clinical team reviewed your Summary Care Record (SCR) and identified some factors that led them to believe that further monitoring and support may be required before treatment could be safely initiated. As an online pharmacy, we are unfortunately unable to provide that level of ongoing monitoring, and in the interest of your safety we felt it was more appropriate to recommend you speak with your GP who can oversee your care more closely.
I’m sorry if this wasn’t communicated as clearly as it should have been throughout the process, and I understand your frustration regarding the questionnaire. Your feedback regarding the clarity of our eligibility criteria is genuinely appreciated and something we will take on board.

Terrible company
Terrible company, wanted hrt patches, put all details in, then said blood pressure test, which i got from neighbours monitor, was wanting to try a months patches to see if worked then i would go onto getting them off docs, sent blood pressure test over, said will it be getting sent out today moving? Said if not i have a refund, didnt say anything about getting delivery , just issued a refund, generetic replies then a refund after me giving them blood pressure reading too !!!!
Wasted my time giving blood pressure if not going to even attempt to send them out !!!!
Obviously had no intention hence the quick refund, only wanting to know if be getting sent out ???
Take no notice too off hanahs replies she does not reply either after posting on here 🤣
