Waste of time
Waste of time, the second time this has happened to me now this year, i done the on line consultation for pain killers tablets, after the consultation they offer me about 6 choices for pain killers, i make my choice and pay £23. 3 hours later i get an email asking me to provide a presciption to prove i have had these tablets before , i let them know ive never had them before and thats why im using e sugery as getting a doctors appointment is impossible. 20 mins later an email order cancelled. Complete waste of time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and I am truly sorry to hear that this has happened to you on two separate occasions. I completely understand how frustrating this must be, particularly when getting a GP appointment is so difficult at the moment.
I do want to explain that some of the medications we provide are prescription only, which means that we are required to ensure that a GP has previously initiated the treatment before we are able to dispense it. Unfortunately this is a legal requirement that we are unable to make exceptions to, and I am sorry that this was not made clearer to you before you completed your consultation and made payment.
However, I do not want to leave you without any options and we may be able to suggest some alternative pain relief options that we could help you with.
If you would like to explore this further, please do not hesitate to email us at hello@e-surgery.com with FAO Hannah in the subject line and we will do our very best to help find a suitable solution for you.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The whole process was quick, easy and pleasant. I only received one phone call to confirm my details, and my tablets were then sent out straight away. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend!

The boxes and tablets was all broken, all the powder had come out the packs it looked like someone had just stamped all over them. Youse need to put them in a bubble pack or little boxes

Fast and timely delivery
Fast and timely delivery, excellent instructions and after my course of tablets, got rid of my infection when I was in a pinch!
While I would still urge people to go to their doctors/dentist first and foremost, e surgery makes for a great backup if you're unable to get to either.

Dental infection
After discovering I have an ectopic eruption of my wisdom tooth and finding that it it was infected I tried to find a quick solve due to not being able to afford to see a dentist (students aren’t entitled to free dental care - I’m in full time university) I found your website online and ordered a 5 day course of amoxicillin, the process took no longer than 5 minutes and my tablets were delivered the next day, very efficient and convenient and I’m very grateful that what would’ve cost me hundreds at a dentist only cost £33 for my prescription and delivery
