My brother recently had a abcess on his gums due to a nasty tooth infection. He looked online and bought some amoxicillin thinking it was going to clear it up. 1 week later it done absolutely nothing!
I have later found out by several people including my dentist who have all told me that it is ILLEGAL IN THE UK to sell that particular drug!
So what they are doing is COMPLETELY AGAINST THE LAW and need to be prosecuted for what they are doing!
I AM NOW IN TALKS WITH MY LEGAL TEAM TO TAKE STRONG ACTION AGAINST E-SURGERY TO SUE AND STOP THEM FROM CARRYING OUT MORE FRAUDULENT SCAMS ON OTHER CUSTOMERS! SHOCKING!😮😮😮😡😡😡

**CAUTION: If delivery fails, you will lose both your money and your medication**
Order es-1989690#SUB#1
I am writing this review to warn other patients about the complete lack of consumer support and responsibility from E-Surgery when their delivery service breaks a contract.
I paid a premium for the "Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm" service to ensure the strict cold chain of my Mounjaro was maintained. The courier failed the deadline, and the product spent the night in transit. Because of this severe delay and the lack of proper updates, I initially contacted their support stating the medication was compromised and that I would reject it.
However, when the package was finally delivered the next day, my husband opened it immediately and checked it. The ice packs were completely melted and liquid, but fortunately, they were still cold to the touch. He measured the internal temperature right away and confirmed the medication itself was still within a usable range. Only because of his physical inspection did I decide to accept the package, rather than starting a chargeback dispute through my bank.
My complaint is about their corporate behavior. The representatives I spoke with refused to take any responsibility or offer a clear replacement policy for transit failures, relying only on theoretical timelines. The pharmacy offered no support whatsoever to reassure the patient. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, the pharmacy is legally responsible for a safe delivery within the agreed timeframe.
I must continue my treatment this month, but I am terrified. If the next delivery delays even further and the medication spoils completely, I know E-Surgery will not help. Fortunately, I have kept all physical evidence of this failed delivery timeline and their dismissive messages. If it happens again, we will use the thermometer, refuse the product, and file formal complaints with the GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council), Trading Standards, and my bank. Do not trust their delivery system.
**UPDATE**
First of all, refunding the shipping cost was not a "gesture"—it was your bare legal obligation under UK law because you breached the guaranteed Next Day contract.
The medication survived by pure luck, not because of your planning. If the delivery had been delayed by just a few more hours, or if this had occurred during one of the UK’s intense summer heatwaves, the biological product would have been completely ruined. I know this because I went through the exact same delivery failure with Zava pharmacy recently, where the delay was longer, the thermometer proved the medication was spoiled, and that pharmacy had to take responsibility.
Do not assume your customers are uneducated. We know exactly how Eli Lilly’s guidelines work: they apply to successful, controlled deliveries, not to compromised transit where products are shuffled between hot vans and depots with fluctuating temperatures.
Your customer service was defensive and offered zero reassurance when I was facing a disrupted treatment. I am terrified of you and about my next delivery. I repeat: solely because of the breach of delivery terms, you are legally obligated to take responsibility. If this happens again and my medication is ruined upon our temperature inspection, I will not hesitate. I will claim my money back immediately and take formal legal action against you through the relevant regulatory bodies. I would never recommend E-Surgery to anyone.
Refunding the shipping fee was not a favor; it was a strict legal obligation for breaching the guaranteed delivery contract. Your response is the absolute proof of my review: you will go to any length to evade post-sale responsibility. I will not waste another second communicating with you. I will simply monitor my next delivery; if the terms are breached again and the medication is compromised, I will not hesitate to do exactly what I did to Zava pharmacy and hold you fully accountable. Do not buy from them.

**Excellent service and responsible prescribing**
I’m extremely happy with the service I received from e-Surgery. As someone with type 1 diabetes, I appreciated that they carried out proper due diligence rather than simply issuing a prescription. They asked sensible questions to ensure I understood the additional risks, knew what warning signs to look out for and was confident about monitoring my glucose, ketones and insulin requirements while taking Mounjaro.
It has been incredibly frustrating that my NHS diabetes team acknowledged Mounjaro could benefit me and said they would support me taking it, yet still refused to prescribe it—even off-label. I was therefore left with no choice but to fund the treatment privately.
I’m very impressed with e-Surgery for listening, taking my individual circumstances seriously and helping me access the treatment responsibly. The whole process felt professional, thorough and supportive. I would happily recommend them.

I ordered 2 inhalers as spares. Priced at £9.99 each and paid for these and delivery at Total £25.95. after requests for further info was told you would only provide 1 inhaler.
Only refunded £9.00 and charged £ 12.99 for the single inhaler. I am short about £5 from anticipated cost. Got inhaler but could probably have bought one from a pharmacy locally. Not impressed and will not use again.

I ordered a nasal spray for my allergies from e-Surgery& EVARO, and I was very pleased with the service. This my 4th or 5th time using this service. The ordering process was quick and easy, my order arrived promptly, and the product was exactly as described. Everything was well packaged, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to others.

ESurgery have gone completely down hill since teaming up with Evaro.
They make the assumption everyone is registered with an NHS GP and live permanently in the UK We don't live in the UK and are only in the UK for a small part of the year. We are NOT registered with an NHS GP
In March time roughly I ordered some Gel they order 2 bottles stupidly I only took 1 bottle.
I went to reorder the extra bottle as we leave the UK in 3 weeks it was rejected as orders too soon. They took 2 days to reject my order.
They refunded me but they have NOY said whether they refunded a second item of anti sickness tablets.
They take your money and hang on to it before letting you know you have been rejected by their AL systems as you did not reach their hidden criterias.
It is very clear their rejection responsoes are AL generated.
It now all controlled by AL.
When you email pointing this out politely they block you!
I will order elsewhere in future.
However the question remains have they refunded my anti sickness tablets and my postage?
This Company is no longer worth ordering from.

Anyone would think I was trying to buy heroin! I’ve been asthmatic for 50 YEARS so understand my asthma better than anyone. I tried to order 2 Ventolin inhalers as I was running out of the 1 my doctor prescribed. My doctor has gone from prescribing 2 every month to 1 every 6 months. The problem with this is that my asthma hasn’t changed so obviously that’s not enough. I should be able to purchase these inhalers that KEEP ME ALIVE! When I need. My local hospital have agreed i should ALWAYS have 1 as an emergency reserve which I now don’t have because this company asked me soooo many questions which I answered then said I couldn’t have what I requested. I don’t think people who aren’t asthmatic and can breathe normally understand how utterly terrifying it is to not be able to breathe! Anyone would think I was trying to order something deadly! I’m fed up with these companies playing Russian roulette with my LIFE!!!!!!!!
Since leaving this review I have successfully with no issues at all purchased from CHEMIST DOCTOR. Thank you chemist doctor 🙏🏻🥰

Let me be crystal clear: this review is not about money. I got my refund. This is about a man named Bradley who has no business being anywhere near patient safety.
Here are the cold, hard facts — and I mean cold, because my medicine sure as hell wasn't:
· My temperature-sensitive medicine was shipped with a pathetic 0.5kg ice pack. That ice pack would have melted on day one — before the package even reached the depot.
· The first delivery failed. The package was then dumped overnight in a sweltering — local post office with no climate control.
· The next day, on 28°C out it baked in a delivery van all morning and didn't reach me until 1pm.
· When I opened that box, the pen was warm to the touch. Not cool. Not room temperature. Warm. The medicine inside was degraded, ineffective, and unsafe to put in my body.
I called immediately. And who answered? Bradley.
Bradley — with absolute, jaw-dropping confidence — told me the medicine was "safe" and that 30°C was fine. onfidence — told me the medicine was "safe" and that 30°C was fine. Because on that day it was a sunny 28°C outside. But here's the kicker: every reader has to admit the van gets like a greenhouse in the heat. HE SAID IT HIMSELF medicine safe Below 30°C but with melted 0.5kg ice pack as it was dispatched on the 20th of May on the 21st it was exposed to temperatures it should never have & if it was delivered it would have been within the current guidelines of 1 off exposure . So he KNEW my medicine was cooking in a mobile oven untill 5pm & over night in sweltering tiny post office back into the baker van till 1pm on the 22nd of May 2026— and still had the audacity to tell me it was "fine. That is medically illiterate. That is dangerous misinformation. And frankly, it's negligent.
I asked for a refund. I asked for an exchange. I asked for anything. Bradley said no. Every single complaint I raised? Bounced straight back to Bradley. Nobody else reviewed my case. No supervisor. No escalation. Just Bradley, blocking every door, hiding behind his inbox like a coward.
Let me be honest: there are decent people who work at that pharmacy. But Bradley? Bradley is a liability. How he made it to manager is beyond me — and I say that with my full chest. He dismissed a genuine health risk like I was complaining about a late pizza.
I fought. I got my money back. But that doesn't undo the fact that this company let my medicine rot, lied to my face about its safety, and trapped me in a loop of Bradley's incompetence for weeks.
So here's my warning to anyone ordering from here:
Open your package the SECOND it arrives. Check the temperature. Check the product. And if something goes wrong? Don't expect Bradley to care. He won't. He'll gaslight you, stall you, and refuse to take responsibility until you're blue in the face.
This company needs to take a long, hard look at who they put in charge of customer safety. Because Bradley? He's not fit for the job. Full stop.

Had to give 1 as no option for zero, first time ordering from this service and experience was very poor. Received my item after being delivered to a neighbour whilst I was at work. Outer packaging too did inform that my item needed to be refrigerated meaning I was unable to use my item. After service emails to the company and no joy I’m left out of pocket and with an item unsafe to use. I think the company need to re look at delivery options and clearly state which is a requirement when items need to be refrigerated. Will not use this company again.
Mounjaro pen is faulty, rang and emailed twice, no reply or resolution offered. Sent videos and photos of the problem and am being ignored.
And now I’ve been asked to jump through hoops with another video further delaying treatment. It’s not a short video that’s been asked for and have to return at my expense.
1. Identity Verification
• Begin video by clearly showing your face
• State your full name and order number
• Keep your face visible for at least 5 seconds
2. Medication Authentication
• Show the original manufacturer's medication box we supplied
• Clearly display the batch number label on the box
• Hold the box steady for 10 seconds so batch number is fully readable
3. Pen Inspection
• Display the medication pen in question
• Show the pen's label and any identifying numbers
• Demonstrate the current medication level by showing the vial window clearly for 10 seconds (do not obstruct the view)
• Show the dose counter window
• Rotate the pen slowly to show all sides and any visible medication remaining
4. Needle Attachment
• Show a new, unused needle in its sealed packaging first
• Attach the needle to the pen following proper procedure
• Remove both outer and inner needle caps
• Demonstrate that the needle is properly secured and straight
5. Dose Preparation
• Turn the dose selector to dial exactly 1 unit
• Show the dose counter window clearly displaying "1"
• Confirm the pen has clicked into the correct position (audio should be audible)
6. Test Injection ONLY if you are completely confident the pen is not working:
• Inject into the air (never into your body)
• Press the injection button fully and hold for 10 seconds
• Keep both the needle tip and injection button visible in frame during injection
7. Post-Test Verification
• Immediately show the dose counter after the test injection
• Display the vial window to show whether medication was dispensed or not
• Show the needle tip for any visible medication

Lost my inhaler so order a couple of weeks earlier then expected. Explained to them why ordering earlier.
24 hours later nothing back so had to cancel, they however take payment rather than put hold on card before confirming orders. So 24+3-5 days, means over 1 week with no inhaler.

Took my money for first 3 months for triple hair loss spray.
Tried for 3 months, no change whatsoever. Couldn’t order anymore.
Item rubbish. Wasted money on 3 month supply.
Don’t waste your money!
Customer services poor, item poor!

You do your assessment, you pay the full amount. And only after that, you get an email. Saying sorry you order is on hold, or you can only have 1 out of the two items you ordered. The wait for a refund. Its all done very badly.
