Excellent. I filled in a questionnaire and the next day I received the medication I required. No battling online forms, waiting for hours in a phone queue waiting to be answered by an automated answering service before getting through to a grumpy admin bod with a grudge. And on average, you're usually given an appointment in two weeks time. Most of us usually know what's going on with ourselves and this service helped me navigate the garbage and led to treatment quickly. Yes I paid but I'm now getting treatment instead of suffering for another two weeks. Thank you, e-Surgery, long may you continue and yes, 'I'll be back!'

I have an abscess in my gum. I had been trying to get a dental appointment for at least a week.
I managed to get an appointment with an emergency dentist which didn’t go well As I was told that the treatment would cost over £1000
I then found e-surgery online
I ordered antibiotics which arrived the next day Now two days in and I am already feeling the benefits
The service was quick and easy and very much welcomed

Fantastic service! After being told by my GP they were no longer doing contraceptive services I was lost! I went online and found lots of places charging and thought that was my only option. I then found epharmacy! Quick and easy and no cost for contraception!!

Very quick and efficient. I needed the antibiotics for uti and it was going to take longer to get them from my gp. I knew all the symptoms.
They arrived well and discreetly packaged.
The only issue I have is the charge of over ten pounds for next day delivery. I simply can't afford this.

Poor service. I ordered medication which I had ordered previously from this company. They asked me to send a photo of a box of the medication from a previous prescription as proof that I had it before. I did this and they confirmed my order was being despatched. However they then put my order on hold again indicating the photo wasn't clear (it was) this was supposedly a 'clinical enquiry'. Please be careful if you need an item quickly this is not the company for you as there are too much jumping through hoops to place an order. No doubt I'll need to wait for my refund

Excellent service. Needed antibiotics for tooth infection. Went through the consultation process and then placed order. Paid a little extra for next day delivery and the Royal Mail did the rest. Well pleased. Would use again.

I went on to the website and after a short questionnaire was recommended some penicillin for tooth pain. The prescription arrived within 48 hours! Brilliant service

The delivery was late and it is only 3 days of antibiotics …. For the price it should be at least 7 days

It was weekend and I knew that I wouldn't get to see a doctor for a while and was suffering badly with a UTI and needed antibiotics fast. This company is great in that it diagnosed and sent me the right antibiotics for me very speedily. I am now feeling better, but if it wasn't for them, then I am pretty sure that I would still be waiting for a doctor's appointment to see my GP!

To be honest, I felt a tad put out at first as I'd ordered Sildenafil and this was put on hold fir investigation. I then realised that the people at e-Surgery only had my welfare and wellbeing at heart, which is quite a nice feeling, knowing someone is keeping an eye out for you!
So I'd definitely recommend e-Surgery to everyone!

I ordered Saturday and received my order Sunday - Excellent service. DO NOT SUFFER IN SILENCE.
If you have a tooth ache/swelling or clear signs of infection, complete the short questionnaire and get the help you need to reduce/eliminate pain while you wait for a dentist appointment. I 100% recommend this service, worth every penny and was reasonable price.

I was unable to have the medication I asked for because it was a different type that was not on my medical record but they allowed me to have the one on the medical record instead of cancelling and refunding

Brilliant company. Easy consultation and quick delivery. Any issues they’ll contact you and sort it out. I use them for TRT it’s a game changer.

My brother recently had a abcess on his gums due to a nasty tooth infection. He looked online and bought some amoxicillin thinking it was going to clear it up. 1 week later it done absolutely nothing!

I have later found out by several people including my dentist who have all told me that it is ILLEGAL IN THE UK to sell that particular drug!

So what they are doing is COMPLETELY AGAINST THE LAW and need to be prosecuted for what they are doing!

I AM NOW IN TALKS WITH MY LEGAL TEAM TO TAKE STRONG ACTION AGAINST E-SURGERY TO SUE AND STOP THEM FROM CARRYING OUT MORE FRAUDULENT SCAMS ON OTHER CUSTOMERS! SHOCKING!😮😮😮😡😡😡

It felt professional and safe.
The medicine was delivered promptly meaning I could manage my symptoms in good time without waiting for the gp surgery to open on the Monday morning.
