I couldn’t get an NHS dental…
I couldn’t get an NHS dental appointment, I tried every day for over a week and eventually gave up on the NHS, I knew I needed antibiotics but not even the doctor would prescribe them for a dental problem, I was in pain and unable to get any help until I came across e-Surgery, the process was simple and fast and my antibiotics arrived the next morning, two days later and my mouth is feeling better, swelling going down and starting to feel normal again! Mouth abscess
I had an abscess in my mouth, still on a dentist waiting list and doctors refusing to help because it's dental I'm 66 and was in severe pain my face had swollen and at my wits end but found e-Surgery on line explained my situation and ordered some penicillin and was assessed and sent my prescription medication by the next day.
I am so very grateful for their help with this absolutely excellent service and can't thank you enough

Speedy delivery as always. The only issue this time was that the freezer pack had burst, leaving gel everywhere. Thankfully, the medication was undamaged otherwise very happy.

ESurgery have gone completely down hill since teaming up with Evaro.
They make the assumption everyone is registered with an NHS GP and live permanently in the UK We don't live in the UK and are only in the UK for a small part of the year. We are NOT registered with an NHS GP
In March time roughly I ordered some Gel they order 2 bottles stupidly I only took 1 bottle.
I went to reorder the extra bottle as we leave the UK in 3 weeks it was rejected as orders too soon. They took 2 days to reject my order.
They refunded me but they have NOY said whether they refunded a second item of anti sickness tablets.
They take your money and hang on to it before letting you know you have been rejected by their AL systems as you did not reach their hidden criterias.
It is very clear their rejection responsoes are AL generated.
It now all controlled by AL.
When you email pointing this out politely they block you!
I will order elsewhere in future.
However the question remains have they refunded my anti sickness tablets and my postage?
This Company is no longer worth ordering from.

Regarding your rejected order
We are sorry to hear that your order was rejected and we understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly given your circumstances and upcoming departure from the UK. Our prescribing team works under strict clinical guidelines to ensure patient safety, and for certain treatments we do have to be careful about the amounts we prescribe over specific time periods. On this occasion your order was placed too soon after your previous one for us to safely prescribe again. We appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for and we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
Regarding AI systems and clinical decisions

ACCEPTED MY ORDER THEN CANCELLED LATER
Accepted my order for testosterone gel, took my payment, then cancelled it a few days later.
Had to go elsewhere, who accepted and dispatched within 24 hours.
Unfortunately not first time this happened this year - even had the same occur for hayfever treatment which was an over-the-counter product. Had to drive to Asda to buy it instead.

Fast quick service with great aftercare
Had an abscess in my mouth which I knew if I got a dental appointment would require antibiotics. Had a look online and e-surgery popped up. I've never bought anything online with regards to medication so at first was dubious. Having answered the mandatory questions I was offered amocilyn which I received the following day. Perfect prescription and advice
Having problems on a Saturday night with an abscess in my mouth becoming swollen and painful, I found e-Surgery online for advice. They prescribed an antibiotic to tackle the infection with the added recommendation that I see my dentist as soon as possible.
The antibiotic arrived within two days and cleared up the infection over the next 5 days. I have now seen my dentist for further treatment.
