I had been suffering with sinusitis for almost 10 day, i used my local pharmacy who said it was just a blocked nose, suggesting decongestant, id used sudafed, nasal sprays for 5days steam etc. Nothing worked, i began feeling exhausted, headaches. My friend told me about the online chemist, I completed the questionnaire and personal questions. Which suggested antibiotics, i ordered them at the reasonable price and they arrived the next day, I'm on day 4 of taking them and I feel so much better almost 100%😀

Makes life so much easier! As a grown adult I feel ‘when you know you know’ what’s going on and trying to get a doctors appointment is difficult! Using the e-surgery I can get the medication I know I need quickly and cure the issue before it becomes ‘set in’. I am so grateful for this service

Requested antibiotics for sinusitis but…
Requested antibiotics for sinusitis but emailed to say I needed to try steroid nasal spray first. Emailed back to say I had tried them previously with no improvement and usually ended up needing antibiotics. Tried the nasal spray when it arrived with little improvement. Ended up going to MIIU where they agreed I needed antibiotics.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry the treatment we recommended didn’t help in this case.
We can only assess based on the symptoms and information provided in the consultation, and current clinical guidelines do recommend trying a steroid nasal spray before prescribing antibiotics for sinusitis. I appreciate that you’d mentioned trying them previously, but without being able to review you in person or see how recent that trial was, we have to follow those guidelines to ensure safe and appropriate prescribing.
That said, I’m glad you were able to get the antibiotics you needed through the Minor Injuries Unit in the end, and I hope you’re feeling better now.

I have not received my order
I have not received my order. Its been 2 week since they debited my account. Unable to reach e-surgery on the phone. You are put on hold and after 10mins, the line drops. I have sent numerous emails, all to no avail. Just seems like an empty hole.

I sincerely apologise for this situation and understand your frustration completely.
Due to recent events, we're currently experiencing an unusually high volume of emails and live chat inquiries. Our team is working diligently to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. As a result of the overwhelming number of calls, we've had to make the difficult decision to temporarily disable our phone lines. However, this does not excuse our failure to keep you properly informed about your order.
The delays have been compounded by manufacturers announcing they are stopping stock supply to pharmacies, combined with our ice pack supplier delivering compromised melted ice packs. These issues have caused delays that are longer than we initially anticipated.
However, we are working extremely hard to process and dispatch all outstanding orders as quickly as possible during these challenging circumstances.

I’ve never given one star before to the company or to any business actually for a very long time the reason for that it’s because I made a payment I needed this medicine. I had authorisation from my doctor. It had been two weeks and I was still gonna wait the last few remaining days before taking his medicine. Also I clarified an email that when they put my medicine is on hold that I am an adult I know how to use the medicine. I know how the medicine should be worked. I’ve never had a problem with this before in the past. It is an ongoing issue with the symptoms that I have because the medicine that I took was not strong enough there is no appointments available at the specific doctors which I’ve got to go for for two weeks and I need to get this Into my body quickly and officially in order to destroy the bacteria but for some reason they decided not to listen to my email not to listen to my sound advice and knowledge and decided just to refer me my money so very disappointed and very very upset and annoyed

I sincerely apologise for your frustration and disappointment. I understand how concerning it must be when you're dealing with persistent symptoms and can't get a timely GP appointment.
While I can see you have experience managing your condition, we're required to follow strict antibiotic prescribing guidelines to prevent antibiotic resistance. This means we cannot issue antibiotics more than once within a 12-week period, even in circumstances like yours.
I understand this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, and I'm sorry we cannot be more flexible in this situation. If your symptoms persist, I'd recommend contacting NHS 111 or visiting a walk-in clinic if you're unable to see your regular GP.

I’ve used this company before and they…
I’ve used this company before and they were good. However I have a really bad sinus infection and tried to get some antibiotics from here to avoid bothering my GP. Firstly it took them over 24 hours before they responded to my consultation then I was told I couldn’t have the antibiotics that I paid for because they were unsure if it was a sinus infection so I would need a nasal spray instead. Nasal sprays are completely ineffective in my experience which I explained to them but they still didn’t respond instead they refunded me without any acknowledging email. I’ve just been to see my own pharmacist instead and been given the antibiotics because it IS a sinus infection.
Very unimpressed.

Never ordered from an online pharmacy before but glad I did. The Avamys nasal spray arrived within a few days - saved me a week or more of trying to get a GP appointment or paying for a private doctor, just to get the same prescription.
