Abcess relief
Realised my toothache was actually an abcess when my face swelled up on Thursday night. Google search led me to e-surgery. Completed the consultation and medication turned up as promised. Face swelling and pain relieved Saturday evening

Fantastic Customer Service

Needed some medication for a dental infection and contacted e-surgery who promptly prescribed what I needed after a thorough questionnaire that I needed to answer.

I had a dental infection and needed…
I had a dental infection and needed relief antibiotics until I could get into the dentist.
Antibiotics received next day and dentist on the same day. Still awaiting treatment though (dentist) not the pharmacist.
I think the course should be a full treatment plan though but with antibiotic resistance I can understand why they have cut down the days prescribed. I’m now back in the same boat until the 27th when I have an extraction.

Excellent service. Had a gum abscess and was returning home on a Friday evening from holiday. Couldn’t get an appointment with the dentist until Monday and as I arrived home Amoxicillin was delivered. Started taking medication immediately and problem was soon resolved. Nice easy smooth transaction…just as it should be. I would have had to wait for over three weeks for a telephone appointment with my GP.
My sinus infection was very painful.
Once the facts were established E-Surgery solved the issue quickly, prescribed and sent the appropriate antibiotics by post very quickly.
The relief after just 24hours was heaven. E-Surgery were there when I needed help as the NHS is virtually non existent now.
Very sad. Would highly recommend.

Easy to use the online form, quicker than trying to ger a GP appintment when your 43 in the qeue waiting to be put through, then told no appointments, after two days trying !
