Excellent Service
I used e-Surgery and EVARO for a sinus infection and was very impressed with the service. The online consultation was straightforward and easy to complete, and I received a prompt response from a clinician. After assessment, I was prescribed antibiotics, which helped resolve my symptoms. The whole process was quick, convenient, and avoided the need for a face-to-face appointment. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing timely medical advice and treatment.

I had been suffering with sinusitis for almost 10 day, i used my local pharmacy who said it was just a blocked nose, suggesting decongestant, id used sudafed, nasal sprays for 5days steam etc. Nothing worked, i began feeling exhausted, headaches. My friend told me about the online chemist, I completed the questionnaire and personal questions. Which suggested antibiotics, i ordered them at the reasonable price and they arrived the next day, I'm on day 4 of taking them and I feel so much better almost 100%😀

Capsules delivered promptly, which eased my pain considerably.

Nice easy smooth transaction…just as it should be. I would have had to wait for over three weeks for a telephone appointment with my GP.
My sinus infection was very painful.
Once the facts were established E-Surgery solved the issue quickly, prescribed and sent the appropriate antibiotics by post very quickly.
The relief after just 24hours was heaven. E-Surgery were there when I needed help as the NHS is virtually non existent now.
Very sad. Would highly recommend.

I was home from University over Easter had a Sinus infection. Couldn't reach my surgery that was 6 hours away and was closed. My old GP where I grow up couldn't help me.

My normal pharmacy left me short on one of my medications which meant another three hour drive to pick up half a packet of capsules, E surgery delivered in a timely manner and allowed me to take it easy.

i would not recommend them at all stay away.

i wanted to buy two boxes of Amoxicillin 500mg Capsules and Metronidazole 400mg which may i add are completely over priced by 90% you can get 100 capsules for £15 i paid £23.96 just for 15 tablets the industry is a ripp off your better going to a chinese or Thailand pharmacy online which i ended up buying for much cheaper for 100 tablets of both Amoxicillin 500mg Capsules and Metronidazole 400mg

anyway after i paid got an email stating:

Your order es-1781910 has been placed on hold
order on hold. Because you’ve recently taken antibiotics for the same dental infection

this was a big fat lie never had this before ever ordered from them or anybody else before.

i emailed them they stated: treatment, our guidelines dictate that we can only prescribe 1 course of antibiotics at a time.

too much hassle to buy from them, they could have just sent it off as a one off no one would have known. plus it is way over priced anyway makes no sense, i just end up going to the chinese pharmacy online got 100 for less.

its best people take advantage of the NHS and get it cheaper as well.

Second time I’ve used e-surgery (first time in 2024) as I knew I had a sinus infection from previous experience, let it run on for 2 weeks but it wouldn’t shift. Couldn’t get a GP/nurse practitioner appointment for days so e-surgery came through once again. Money well spent in my opinion, did the job and I had no more time off work because of it. Rapid service and delivery, highly recommend!

Fantastic service. I knew I needed a dose of antibiotics to clear up a sinus infection. I couldn’t get a gp appointment at all after trying for 5 days. I was in agony. Filled out an online form, then 24 hours later I had the antibiotics! Very easy and so much less stress than trying to get an appointment. I will definitely use again if I need to.

I had rung my GP but couldn’t get past the receptionist who told me there were a lot of bug going around and it would pass! I knew it was something more and the antibiotics the on line pharmacy prescribed cured my sinus and chest problems by the end of the five day course. That was the seventh week after it started. So grateful.

The diagnosis was completed on line and confirmed bacterial sinus infection the prescribed meds were swiftly despatched and after four days my sinus cleared

Excellent Prescription recommended by them cured my sinus problem which is something my doctor didn't do

Thank you very much. The antibiotics arrived by 1pm the next day and saved my Christmas. Without them I would have been in A&E as chemists were closing for Christmas and I knew it was a really bad sinus infection

Im needed antibiotics to rid myself of a sinus infection and with the difficulty of getting GP appointments and feeling too unwell to venture out, I decided to order some antibiiotics on line which provided straight forward and the tablets arrived very promptly and assisted with clearing the infection.

Fast efficient service. Next day delivery. Couldn’t get a Drs appointment for 2 weeks so very pleased to be able to get medication for my sinus infection quickly.
I would highly recommended e-Surgery.

Do not use. They use royal mail to deliver medication and when they deliver to the wrong house, will not re-deliver your medication. Even if you can provide them photographic evidence that the house they have delivered to ins't yours!
They won't provide a refund either, even though you have paid for your medication up front. This happened to me today, and there's no resolution at all - I've been ill with a sinus infection and now have to try and get medication elsewhere. They're quite happy for someone else to have my medication and aren't prepared to do anything, which is appalling. The customer service is non existent as well. I asked for a Royal Mail investigation, but that takes ages and even if that proves Royal Mail is in the wrong, they won't rectify the situation and have asked me to take it up with my bank! Don't use this service - more stress than its worth - you'll basically be out of pocket and have no medication.

Enquired about antibiotics for a sinus infection. I paid and got an email stating they would be delivered Saturday or Sunday. A few hrs later I received an email to say no one could prescribe the antibiotics until Monday and I'd get them by Tuesday or Wednesday.
Today, Sunday i get an email to say I now need an appointment Tomorrow.
All an absolute waste of time, I could of sorted a doctors appointment.
*** i have read a review above with a similar negative experience. In the reply Evaro state they do not do consultations. I can confirm that I also got the request for a consultation *** This really does not put your company in good light when you have people who represent your company telling lies in black and white and calling customers liars.

I needed some help with my blocked sinuses and couldn’t get a GP appointment. I was diagnosed by e-surgery and the tablets arrived the next day. My sinus problem was resolved a few days later. A great service.

Very good i was skeptical but needed help as we were in the middle of transferring from one GP surgery to another i had seen the pharmacist 4 times & he said i needed antibiotics . but found neither our old surgery albeit where we used to live no longer had our records & our new surgery we were not yet completed on their system so pharmacist told me about this website , Filled out the questionnaire my answers were reviewed & i was prescribed the antibiotics for sinus infection which arrived well packaged within 48 hours they also sent me an email too to forward to my new GP which was really helpful too as i got a phone call immediately to see the GP whom then prescribed me a stronger antibiotic after they took a mucus sample , But all in all brilliant service highly recommend .
