Terrible. I have paid and they still have not delivered my mounjaro. You cannot ring them - the answer machine says we are closed. You cannot utilise the online chat as the link is inactive. They have taken over £150.00 from me yet you cannot contact them. Please do not use.

The recent Mounjaro price increase has triggered unprecedented volumes of emails and calls, creating significant delays across all our support channels. We currently have dispatch delays, which we've communicated on our website and via email to patients, though I understand this doesn't help your immediate situation.

Unprofessional, and disappointing.
I submitted a valid order to e-Surgery with recent bloodwork showing thyroid levels that many medical professionals would class as sub-optimal. I completed their consultation honestly, expecting at least a decision or some basic communication.
Instead? Nothing. No follow-up, no explanation — just a silent refund and a closed door. Not even the courtesy of a message to say why.
This isn’t a proper healthcare service. It’s a glorified vending machine with a reject button. If your case doesn’t fit neatly into their rigid checklist, they won’t treat you like a person — they’ll just bin you.
If you’re trying to take control of your health (especially when the NHS won’t listen), steer clear of these cowboys. Wasted time, wasted effort, and a total lack of human decency.
And please save your pandering, corporate, fake empathy trash reply.
