We had a bespoke loft hatch and a new loft ladder installed. The guy who came to do the survey explained all the options and the installation team had it installed in less than 2 hours. Very satisfied.

Had loft insulated, boarded, new loft ladder installed. From the start they were very informative and polite. They arrived on time, were tidy and always cleaned up before they left. They kept us informed of progress. When they left they made sure to explain to us exactly what they had done and that we were comfortable using the new ladder. Highly recommend

East Anglian Loft Ladders fitted a hybrid loft ladder and custom insulated hatch for us and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We really wanted a loft ladder that was attached to the hatch door and we really liked the hybrid ladder they sell which has wide wooden treads and a lightweight metal frame. They also fitted some new loft boards around the hatch to extend the raised LoftZone floor I had fitted myself. Mark took time to work out a way to install the ladder in a very tight space on our landing when he came to measure up and do the quote. David and Jason were extremely polite, efficient and tidy when they came to do the installation. We are so happy with our new ladder and hatch, which makes getting up into the loft much easier and safer.

I recently used East Anglian Loft Ladders for insulation installation in my loft and I am pleased to say that my experience with them was absolutely fantastic! From the very start, their customer service was top-notch. Mark, who conducted the survey, was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done in great detail. He was efficient and completed the survey within half an hour, which was impressive.

Booking the installation with the lady on the phone was an absolute pleasure too. She was very helpful and accommodating, changing the time for the installers to arrive to suit my schedule. It was great to speak to someone who was so pleasant and willing to help.

During the installation, my dad was at home to oversee the work and he was thoroughly impressed with the lads and lady who carried out the installation. They got straight to work and completed the job without any fuss. The best part was that they left the place spotless once they were done!

When I inspected the work the next day, I was blown away by the quality of the workmanship. The insulation was installed perfectly and there was not a trace of mess left behind. Overall, I would highly recommend East Anglian Loft Ladders to anyone looking for loft insulation services. The level of professionalism and quality of work is second to none, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

We were impressed from our initial enquiry and subsequent home visit. After assessing our needs we were given both an oral and written quote. The two guys who came to do the work arrived at 08.30 and were polite and professional. The access space was limited so it wasn’t an easy job but the work was done to a high standard. They put dust sheets down and hoovered thoroughly afterwards. We are very pleased with the finished product and would certainly recommend them.

My congratulations to East Anglian Loft Ladders on a job well done. The workmen were prompt, courteous and caused no disruption. They "got on with the job" and left the house clean and tidy. Very helpful, friendly and professional team removed existing old boarding, raised floor level, insulated to latest specification and boarded (to a much higher standard than the original boarding installation) my two large lofts. I recently moved into a new house with no loft ladder, and wanted to find a local company that specialises in loft hatch and ladder installations. Easy Anglian Loft Ladders had great reviews, so I thought I’d give them a call.
From my first phone call, to the estimate and discussion re the best provision, to the fitting, the Saxon family and their team couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.
On the day of fitting, I was asked whether I’d like to change the ladder location from how I’d originally planned, to give more room - this was really helpful. The team also checked exactly where and how I’d like the loft lights positioned (although they did share their expertise re this too).
The care taken with my property and clean-up was great. I was also shown exactly how to use my new hatch and ladder, and couldn’t be happier with the whole process.
I’ll be recommending to others, and will definitely be coming back to the company for an upgrade on my current loft insulation in the future. Thank you!
