We had a tremendous amount of help and support from Dawn at Bridgnorth to design and source our new bathroom. She was fully aware of technical and practical implications of our choices and able to guide us into successful outcomes.

Good show room with very friendly and helpful staff. The delivery was quick and everything was delivered well packaged.

Bought a new ensuite from Easy Bathrooms, had been to a number of other showrooms bought thought there range was better. James the salesman was really helpful in advising best products and was pleased at the overall cost. As the delivery company only do kerbside delivery James organised some of the boys from the warehouse to be here at delivery to carry up 2 flights of stairs. I think it almost killed them as they had to carry some really heavy boxes. No complaints from them so thanks Cameron and Denny really appreciate your help

Great service, fast delivery and the products were all competitively priced

Delivery of tiles arrived and driver had no means to move them so I lent him my sack barrow. Half my order was bundled in another order and driver tried to tell that often tiles were in the wrong boxes. He pointed out boxes not correct name and didnt match the order. Declined delivery. Eventually he called the office and got confirmation of wrong tiles sent.
Correct tiles rescheduled 4 times as failed to arrive on new due date. Still do not have the tiles as ive been emailed that they have been delivered despite courier sending a text rescheduling again for today. Website team seem incapable of making a phone call and let the customer services team down. I agree sales chap at bracknell branch was amazing, Weybridge didn't acknowledge me at all. £85 delivery is a rip off when other companies deliver on time, using own equipment for £30. I am suggesting a complete cancellation. Very poor service, won't recommend or use again.

From ordering to delivery was straightforward everything went fine after fitting it in the product looks great very pleased with the hole outcome

Having spent a largely uninspiring year looking at possible bathrooms we came to Easy Bathrooms in Peterborough. The team, and Steve in particular, have been so very helpful in every facet, walking us through all the various options until we were completely happy. Nothing was too much trouble. Based on our experience at Peterborough we would highly recommend them.

We saw a modern glazed shower screen (1200 x 800mm) in the showroom and it was exactly what we were looking for. The following week we were able to order it through the Plymouth branch over the phone and the very helpful staff were able to give us more detail about the seals etc (as the seals looked different from the online images), and we were able to ask them to order it into their store, and get it picked up ourselves instead of paying £45 delivery charge. Very, very helpful and pleasant staff to deal with.

Continually refused to agree to replace a damaged item, refusing to comply with the Consumer rights act and attempting to pass blame to the customer for a delivery issue.

Interesting to note that this reply happened much more quickly than any personal response to myself!

Your company has still not followed the law - I accepted the 'gesture of goodwill' purely because it has held up my bathroom renovation for 2 weeks and needed to draw a line under this.

I believe the law states '31 days to 6 months: You must give the seller one chance to repair or replace the item. If that fails, you can usually claim a full refund. The law assumes the fault was there when you bought it unless the seller can prove otherwise.'

I do not believe the seller has proven this but look forward to another reply in which you attempt to justify this.

Editing my review given the response received, which further demonstrates the really poor communication. I was told the reimbursement was processed last week, and here I am told it was this morning (2 weeks after I gave my account details!).

The bathroom installation is now complete, but the communication during the installation and aftercare has been very disappointing. We are still waiting for a reimbursement more than 10 days after providing our account details, and damage to the sink that was installed still hasn’t been repaired or replaced, despite it being over a month since the installation was completed.

Despite repeatedly chasing by email and phone, we have received no firm dates or meaningful updates. The lack of communication and constant need to chase has made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. We haven’t even received an acknowledgement to our emails over the last two weeks, where we’ve asked for an update.

We also had issues with items being missing from our delivery, as well as items needing to be collected due to changes during the installation. Communication around these was very poor, despite us specifically asking for updates in advance.
