I don't know where to start - other than say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! In hindsight we should have gone with a local reliable plumper... they would have been 1/2 the cost and more reliable.
Staff at easy bathrooms are great and come across helpful and are trying their best but the reality is far from what staff and customer want. Elderly parents decided to go with easy bathrooms July 2025 - easy, go to one accessible showroom and they organise everything. Deposit paid but work did not take place until April the following year - that was after a number of phone calls and first of all being told the work wouldn't start till August 2026 - over a year after the deposit was made! The lovely lady at customer services agreed that was not acceptable and organised the April date. Work all good except they have boxed in the stop cook.
Parents happy all the work finally been completed... but the service includes removal of all the waste... it is now September and its all sitting in a giant hippo bag on their drive - 5 months after work was completed. My phone calls to customer services have been met with symphony and 'we'll get onto it now and make sure its removed ASAP' but nothing has happened. I have never been so disappointed with a company, trading standards have been contacted as this is far from an acceptable service. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THE LOVELY SHINY SHOWROOM. It has been far from an easy bathroom. I would not normally write a negative review but I am so disgusted with them that I feel I have no other choice.

I would highly recommend Amy from Stratford-upon-Avon. She has been absolutely fantastic helping me with the design and measuring up for two bathroom projects.

From the very beginning, Amy was friendly, professional and really listened to what I wanted. She was extremely attentive and her attention to detail was brilliant. She took the time to make sure everything was measured properly and that all the little details were considered.

Nothing was too much trouble, and I really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable she was throughout. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting things right and making sure her customers are happy.

I’m really pleased with the help and advice Amy has given me and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for help with their bathroom project.

Very helpful, knowledgable staff and efficient ordering and delivery arrangements. Were able to calculate number of tiles I would need, from room measurements.

I was happy with the products quality and speed to get the products I ordered.
Staff was always available to provide requested info and well knowlegeable.
I would definitely recomment this company.

Terrible company, poor quality products and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After spending nearly £15,000 within a month of opening an account here, I was given some poor advice on an unknown product by staff which led to huge expense which could have been avoided. I was called by another branch complaining of me ordering from a different branch as they ‘won’t get their commission’. I would travel extreme lengths to avoid this company forever.

Bought all the items for both bathrooms from Karen. She was excellent in her approach, design and ordering process with me and even when I needed extra materials to get the job finished on time. Materials are great and a good price too. Would definitely buy again from Easy Bathrooms Aintree.

Excellent service very competitive pricing and superb products

The store staff were excellent. Phil was our salesman and was extremely knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to insure our order was correct and suitable.
I think easy bathrooms need to adjust your policy on installs because the price quoted to install was extremely high.

I recently brought some tiles from your staples corner branch. The enquiry was handled by Dips, he was extremely helpful and answered other questions I had about other tiling issues. When the tiles came in and I returned Dips was still on duty and he helped me again, taking the tiles to my car for me. He is a great advert for your business .

We stumbled upon the Leicester branch where we met Aiden who offered us solutions in a very relaxed non-sales orientated discussion. Units delived as planned and are of good quality (I stalled myself). Small issue with delivery charge all sorted again by Aiden. Very happy

Great prices, great service, great product.

Our whole experience with Easy Bathrooms has been truly excellent. We visited our local Rayleigh store where we were very impressed with the range of products available. Phil spent many hours with us patiently planning our bathroom, which wasn’t straight forward as we needed a wall removing. Nothing was too much trouble. Phil was also on hand during our installation to assist when a damaged product needed re-ordering. This was done very efficiently and the replacement item arrived very quickly.
Communication from Easy Bathrooms head office was also excellent. We had regular emails and phone calls to up-date us. Any questions we had were quickly replied to and dealt with.
Our installation team P&JINSTALLATIONS LIMITED were superb! They were courteous at all times and took excellent care of our property ensuring there was no damage. We are delighted with the work they have carried out and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Easy Bathrooms, you have provided a really excellent service!
