Very helpful staff

Very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when changed mind on the odd thing last minute.
Also, the outcome is brilliant!!

If I could return everything and go…

If I could return everything and go with another company I would …. After visiting the Exeter showroom I was excited to use them but customer service clearly doesn’t pass through the business.

Minor issue - missed items from order which effected the installation.

Major disappointment
During the process of visiting the show room
House visit and ordering and paying for the bathroom they had been made aware we were on a schedule due to expecting a baby in a few weeks.
After we fully paid for the items we then get an email saying we qualify for a promotional discounted rate if we order and paid by the end of July.
We had just paid in full so the email was a bit of a suprise…. After explaining we felt the email was irritating after we had just illy paid they said they would refund us the difference.

Then comes deliver day ….
We pay for a delivery as we are told we are not allowed to collect.
The deliver of the full bathroom project gets delivered but to my surprise the items were left on the curb side (non negotiable)

My wife is heavily pregnant (as they were aware)
Although we left the driveway clear
Had cleared the garage out for space and my wife was able to open the garage door for secure storage.
They decided to leave everything on the curb, expect my wife to live everything or hope it is safe outside for the full day whilst I am at work.

Needless to say I took time off to do push back and move everything but I would have expected in this situation
“A Norman Person” would be happy to deliver the items 1-2 meters further up and store them into the garage.

I have been left thinking the company is fully about the money, not the client, not the experience and no care or attention was displayed.

If we didn’t need the bathroom installed I would send everything back and go elsewhere …. I won’t be using or recommending easy bathrooms in the future.

Disappointed and moving on

1 month after delivery my fitter tried to fix but a seal for glass panel is missing. Contacted customer care and was told it could take up 2 weeks to find out if the parts department have this part. Nothing regarding after this process. Brand new shower cubicle, part missing from it and I need to keep my fitter waiting. Not good enough. Sure the senior managers should identify the issues and make sure this doesn't happen and the parts department should be accessible by customers. At the moment parts department is not accessible and clients get lots in the process. I am a small property developer with possible half a dozen properties, but surely will take my business to competitors. Not happy with customer service, parts and quality control sections. It's not their fault? It's policy and senior management issues. 😔😑

First class service team

Went to showroom the sales team were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about your products, we placed our and arranged delivery.
On delivery day we were kept informed of the delivery progress and the driver arrived on time.
We live in a ground floor flat and the driver was happy to help me get it in the entrance hall so I was able to unpack and get it into our flat, full marks for your driver.
The product we purchased was excellent value, quality design and manufactured to high standard.

Fantastic choice/Great customer service from Birstall store

Recommended by my plumber to visit the Birstall Showroom of Easy Bathrooms so we could see for ourselves the choice of a new bathroom suite as opposed to ordering online. So pleased we did as the service so far has been outstanding. We walked in and were confused from the outset as there was so many bathrooms to choose from but Peter talked us through the entire process and made sure we ordered everything required, including fittings. He was so kind and beyond helpful and his recommendations have been spot on. James and Becky from the same store have also been brilliant in answering any follow up queries. You are all a credit to the Company.

Thanks to Chelmsford and Customer Service staff at Easy Bathrooms…

The Staff in the Chelmsford store were very helpful and gave excellent advice on helping us choose a replacement toilet, vanity units, shower screen and bathroom cabinet. The Customer Service department were very efficient when two of the items we ordered were delivered damaged. I sent a photo of the damaged items and they were replaced without questions within two days by a driver that drove down from the North just to deliver to us.
Well done Easy Bathrooms. I highly recommend this company.

Terrible Company

I don't know where to start on my terrible experience with Easy Bathrooms, so I will number them:-
1. Took 4 month's to complete the bathroom, not 2 weeks as promised;
2. Leak from bath through bathroom floor led to collapsed living room ceiling;
3. Wrong floor tiles sent so had to re-order;
4. Wall tiles did not match the border colour sent 3 times so had to use a wooden border!!
5. Work started in October 25 still waiting for work to be finished - my living room ceiling which was repaired looks awful, bathroom door does not lock, shoddy finishing - not my dream bathroom at all.
6. Tried on numerous occasions to resolve but they ignore my calls and fob me off.

Please do not use this Company unless you want a nervous breakdown!
