This company is based in Dandenong South, I went there in the hope of buying a top-of-the-range pillow or two. It’s a vast complex for which I was surprised that it doesn’t have a retail shop. I was directed to go to the websites of its retailers, however, from Mentone to Mornington and inland, none of the suggested retailers carried the product, some don’t even carry Easyrest’s products. I feel that this is another Australian business that is doomed to go under.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company scammed my elderly grandparents into buying the worst bed they’ve ever owned. My grandma can’t sleep in it due to medical reasons and the company wouldn’t refund them. $7000 lost. Their previous employees mention that they’re taught methods that are predatory on the elderly to sell their beds. Don’t get tricked.
