Severe financial security breach. I paid directly to Embassy Summer via an official payment link for my daughter’s (Alisa Chabatar) summer program (Aug 9-23). Your Irish partner agency, ‘English Plus Space’, unilaterally canceled the booking. Shockingly, Embassy processed the refund for MY direct card payment and sent it to the agency’s account, not back to my original card. Refunding a third party instead of the original payer is a major violation of anti-fraud and chargeback rules. I demand an immediate investigation and a refund to my original payment method.

I am extremely disappointed by the way this situation has been handled. Just two days before my scheduled departure (this weekend!), I was informed by my local advisor that I am suddenly unable to travel. What makes this even more concerning is that my advisor was apparently only instructed to pass this message on to me, without being given any explanation or further information himself.

The only information I have received is that no EC school will be accepting any students this weekend. Beyond that, nobody seems able (or willing) to explain what has happened, why this decision was made at such short notice, or what I am supposed to do now.

My flights and travel arrangements have already been booked, and I am now left completely on my own to deal with the consequences of a decision that was communicated to me only 48 hours before departure.

I find this lack of transparency, communication, and accountability completely unacceptable. When students make significant financial and personal commitments based on confirmed travel and study arrangements, they should be able to expect reliable information and professional handling, especially when plans are suddenly cancelled at the last minute.

At this point, the entire situation feels deeply questionable. I expect a clear explanation of what has happened, who is responsible, and how EC intends to address the costs and disruption caused by this last-minute cancellation.

I studied English at EC English School for 4 months; I improved my language skills and met new people. Thanks for everything.

I had an excellent experience at EC Malta, where I attended the Business English Mini Group 20 course for two weeks. The classes were dynamic, engaging and very productive. My teachers, Joseph and Graziela were outstanding, professional and highly supportive. I learned a lot and truly enjoyed the entire experience. I highly recommend EC Malta!

Everything is very well organised. The teachers are cool, the students are from every were on the planet so they are curious and help you to enjoy your journey

Study on EC English Malta was a dream come true! Only left with good memories and a hearth full of joy. My wife and me booked a 2 weeks program, a too short time for all events the island can provide.

Very great experience at EC London ! The staff were friendly, teacher very nice, the school is flexible for changing level for example.

My teachers(David and Pam) are good and engaging. Their method allows for easy learning and allows everyone to collaborate with each other.

I gave this score because I felt very comfortable and happy at EC. I really enjoyed the classes and the teachers who taught me during these three months. Overall, my level of satisfaction is high. Before joining EC, I had not studied English for about 20 years, so being able to understand 60% to 70% of the classes was a great achievement for me. Now, I need to keep practicar to speak. Speaking fluently is my biggest challenge right now.

I have mentioned the mark of IELTS exam 5.0 band in the last review to domenstrate how much money you pay for not enough value.

On one hand, how is school has many brunches around, the teachers and directors can do what cause of the head office in other country so, no one can watch them.For instance, teacher like John murring can easily push to the next level without taking level test copperate with Aqeelah
Adams the manger do not know or do care about that few students have mentioned that the manger and has happened.

On the other hand, is a good school just on trips they have many tapes on trips if you want to enjoy without learning real English or have fun for short period one or two weeks I would probably sign there.
