I thought the representatives that I spoke with were extrememly kind and knowledgable. They get 5 stars from me. I think the document up-loader does not work at all so everything was on hold for a period of time, because I didnt realize it wasn't working. I had to email all my documents in.

I would not say it exceeded my expectations but rather was consistent with them. The required additional documentation took 4 rounds, but it should have been a maximum of 1 or 2 as my file originally submitted was quite comprehensive. The phone calls were largely irrelevant as they do not address the persons in charge of your file and every time a different person was answering the phone call. Finally, the whole process took longer than 2 months, but it could have been shorter. All in all, glad it went well and I appreciate it, but it could have been a bit better.

I had bad experience with copa airlines my luggage arrived with a hole at the destination airport besides cancellation flight and route changed. But eclaimsline was courteous and carefully gave attention to the case and I received the benefit which so far copa airlines refuse to refund anything !

It was my first incident with a rental car. Keep in mind the car wasn’t occupied or driving. Car was hit while park, worse feeling in the world. But thanks to navy federal they saved the entire situation :)

Our rental car was hit while parked in Italy. After returning the car and paying the damage deductible, I easily filed my claim online in a few minutes and received reimbursement in less than a week. I was able to use my phone to file while sitting in the Capital One lounge during my layover. Although you never want to have to use it, this more than paid for the annual fee. I’ve been recommending the Capital One Venture X card to everyone

We unfortunately had an accident in Peru...but the damages were covered in full...that was pretty amazing to us. The process took two months, somewhat caused by delays from the Peruvian Car Rental company (a division of SIXT) to supply the relevant documents. If I could suggest two things...(a) to be able to delete uploaded documents (sometimes new/better information becomes available that makes obsolete the original uploaded document); and (b) to be able to speak directly with the people making decisions about reimbursement. The people who answer the phones are good enough...but discussion with the people deciding to reimburse (or not) would be best.

We have the rental car collision damage as a credit card benefit. This is the second time in about five years that we've relied on it, with favorable outcomes (both claims paid in full) processed quickly and relatively easily. There was one annoyance in that, on both occassions, we uploaded the documents to the portal upon opening the claim, only to be subsequently told we needed to submit all the same documentation we already provided. But upon uploading them again, the claims were then promptly processed. In one case, the rental car was for damages outside the US, so though there are some countries excluded, it's good to know the benefit follows us, allowing to save on rental car charges by declining rental agencies' offerred waivers.
