My positive experience
I've encountered & experienced other online businesses but I never finished it 'coz of lack of support from their staffs, have to pay so much money. Some companies don't go straight to the point which is a waste of time for me. I have been scammed. For Amer, I was impressed when his payment is lower than the rest as a start. He makes it simple & not complicated. He means business and that's what I have been looking for, there's not much money involved when you're just starting coz that adds stress when you are just learning about the company. His principles as a human being aligns with mine. Ecom staffs responds promptly & I get answers to my questions. I can't wait to be the next successful story.

Beware of Ecomwebsites
In all honesty, my experience with Ecomwebsites wasn't great at all. I fell for the add offering a start-up website for $20 and in the process of signing up for this there were heaps of add-ons! I had issues with removing some of the add-ons from my cart which I had added by mistake when trying to work out what they were for. My payment ended up getting processed which I thought was for one transaction but noticed multiple transactions for the different add-ons! I immediately contacted support via Chat and was told that the transactions had not shown up on their end so must not have gone through as it was showing as 'pending'on my bank account. This was on December 20th. By the 22nd the transactions showed as been processed on my end. I contacted Ecomwebsites support again to follow up again as request a refund but was told that the billing team were investigating and would get back to me. In the meantime, I realised that the transactions were processed through Whop so I tried requesting a refund through them and this was denied by Ecomwebsites. I found it strange that they could reject the request via Whop yet are yet to get back to me from my initial enquiry even I'm told by Support that they are investigating. Doesn't seem legit to me and I would advise to tread carefully with Ecomwebsites.
