Perfekt frames and prescription glasses

Perfekt frames, Perfekt service, perfekt delivery, Perfekt prescription glasses.. I am comparing this with another pair of glasses I bought in a store in Denmark to a much higher price and the ones from Edeloptics are my favorite, even the prescription glass is better. Thank you :)

Trustworthy and reliable!

My experience with Edel-Optics was phenomenal. I received the parcel two days after completing my order. Unfortunately, the glasses didn’t fit well, so I returned them. The return process was smooth, and just seven days after sending them back, I received my refund. The communication throughout was good and informative. I will definitely order from here again!

Great prices and selection

Great prices and selection, fast delivery, but when I experience problems with UPS and their delievery, the time Edel-Optics spend on resolving it if not good enough.
Will I shop here again - absolutely!

Broken glasses took time to change

I got a pair of Oakley Sutro Lite Sweep as a birthday present from my kids. The glass was damaged and broke after one week without being crashed or dropped.

I consulted a plastic engineer (friend of mine) who confirmed that this seemed to be due to a production error.

Edel asked me to return the glasses for inspection but simply just sent the broken glasses back to me again.

I have since been in a longer dialogue with Edel to solve the matter. It was only resolved after I gave a bad review here on Trustpilot and Edel since re-evaluated the case and sent a replacement pair.

I am happy that the matter has now been solved and have since changed my review to reflect the full process and the customer service from Edel.

Don’t ever purchase anything!!!

Don’t ever purchase anything from this shop. They refuse to return the money from a cancelled order to me. They give me the same about a system error, and they are unable to handle my request I’ve read here before. It’s been more than 1½ month and I have yet to get anything but their default answer, but they don’t care one bit about customers.

Extremely bad experience

Extremely bad experience. I ordered a pair of sunglasses which was in the wrong size. Even though I returned them within a couple of days, they “couldn’t” give me my money back due to insolvency (a lie) which is far from the case. I offered them to send me a similar pair of sunglasses in a larger size but they couldn’t do that either due to their “special” situation.
