I've been wanting to purchase a particular bag for quite some time and discovered Edmonds Jewellers through a Google search. When I saw they had a telephone number, I decided to give them a call. Every time I've rung, they've either answered immediately or rung me back within 24 hours. In today's digital world, it's refreshing to find a business that still values phone communication—most people seem to have abandoned it entirely. I spoke with Vicky and Carl, and their customer service was exceptional. Super impressed!

Deceiving and outrageous shipping.
Ordered the Greenwich “Saint James” pocket watch. I’m from the United States. They stated explicitly FREE SHIPPING for the United States. When I actually received my watch, I had to pay $61.43 to the UPS driver. The back cover also had a small “bubble” in the gold plate finish. I can deal with the bubble but no one likes to be lied to and have to pay astronomical shipping prices on an order.

Hand (and heart) warming customer service.
I've developed Raynaud's Syndrome recently - along with a heart problem - as unwelcome side effects of a treatment. So I treated my icy hands to some far from soppy looking hedgehog-themed hand warmers from a garden centre. I have a soft spot for these little creatures since they sought refuge in my garden with the advent of a new housing development on what was once green open land. I have looked after them since. And now these lovely hand warmers (#powderuk) - definitely a cut above the usual quality for such - are looking after me. I liked them so much I decided to get a second pair as I'm evidently stuck with Raynaud's now as well as a dicky heart. The garden centre pair cost just under £20 so I checked the label and ran a search - which led to a welcome 'treat' discount. I decided to treat three friends for Christmas too so ordered four pairs which knocked £10.80 off the total price and threw in free delivery for an order over £50. No issues with the order, the receipt, the quality, and delivery within 48 hours with tracking info throughout. And I had the lovely surprise of finding beautiful flat packed fold-out Powder gift packages for each pair of gloves enclosed too - and that hadn't been an option available at the garden centre. The customer service warmed my heart. My brother lives near Kenilworth, where the company is based, and that store looks so full of lovely things I'm not sure I dare visit him...

Ordered a bag as a Christmas present for delivery within 2-3 days. After 3 days with still no dispatch email, I reached out to Edmonds Jewellers to then be told they couldn’t find the item in stock. The company did not seem to care neither!
A customer should not have to chase a company to find out what’s going on with their order and certainly not wait 3 days to
find out it is not in stock. This company has now caused me an issue with trying to find the same item from somewhere else for delivery in time for Christmas. This could have all been avoided had the company bothered to check their stock the day I placed my order and reached out to me earlier.

I have just had my ears pierced and the whole experience was great, from the moment I entered the shop the staff were welcoming and polite. I was slightly nervous but the staff explained the whole procedure and talked me through every part from start to finish and what aftercare was reqired. The actual piercing was painless, just a small amount of discomfort that passed quickly, overall, a pleasant experience and I have no reservations about recommending them.

I must share that I was especially pleased with the goods and services provided by Edmond's recently. A gold chain I wear daily, supporting a cherished pendant, had broken and a replacement would cost over £100. The chain was fixed by Edmond's for a fraction of the price, in a timely manner, with staff kind and helpful at every step. It is a loss to Cheylesmore highstreet that they are moving to a new location. I wish them well.

I’ve Bought a qudo bracelet from them on 10/04/23, second time I’ve used it, the parts of it come apart. Contact them 2/3 times and they didn’t want to take responsibility. They told me they will contact qudo to see what they will tell them. I didn’t buy the bracelet directly from qudo, I’ve bought it from them. They should resolve it straight away. They lost a customer here. Don’t buy from them because if you have any problem with your purchase they won’t take responsibility.

I bought first time a Pulsar Gents Chrono at a very good price & got the last one. It was very well packed & with the right time & date which I liked. As the watch was perfect, I did not have to 'test' their customer after sales service which is not always that good judging by some of their reviews.
