I booked a cleaning service online the day before it was scheduled. Several hours after the agreed start time, no cleaner had arrived. When I contacted the company, I was offered no apology, just a new time (that didn’t suit) of when someone would be there.

We ended up agreeing on a new time the following day. I gave the cleaner instructions before heading out for the day. Unfortunately, when I returned, the quality of the clean was extremely disappointing.

One bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all. Bins in the other bathrooms hadn't been emptied, the floors hadn't been mopped, and it appeared the only floor cleaning done was turning on our robot vacuum. Window sills, taps, and other basic surfaces had also been left untouched. Overall, the standard of cleaning was far below what I would expect from a professional service.

I’ve used this company a couple of times before and the cleaning has been much better, so I was willing to think it was the cleaner and not the company.

I contacted the company, explained my concerns, and sent photos showing the issues. They said they would get back to me, but it's now been five days and I've received no further communication or attempt to resolve the complaint. They are now ignoring my emails asking for a refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before booking an end-of-tenancy deep clean.

I paid for a full end-of-tenancy deep clean of my two-storey house, but only one cleaner was sent to complete the entire job. This was clearly an impossible task for one person. The cleaner appeared inexperienced, worked very slowly, and unfortunately the quality of the work was far below the standard I expected.

Only part of the ground floor was cleaned, and even that was left with visible dust and dirt. The entire first floor was not cleaned at all because the cleaner had to leave for another booking before finishing the job.

This service was completely different from what was advertised and what I paid for. An end-of-tenancy deep clean should leave a property spotless, but that was not my experience. I have requested a full refund as the service was incomplete and unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you’re relying on a professional cleaning service for an end-of-tenancy clean, I would look elsewhere.

Overall I am very happy about the job done.
Time wise, the cleaners could have split the time window better as I felt they rush a little bit on the cleaning downstairs while upstairs was spot on!

I hired a deep cleaning service. The cleaners came on time. They did spend the three hours and overall did a good job but they did not have the equipment to do a good deep cleaning job as advertised. They also lefts bits not done, like they did not hoover under the main bedroom’s bed or mopped the kitchen floor. I think if they had better equipment the service would be much better and faster. I was expecting the supervisor to check on the job and ensure we were happy but that did not happen.

Good service and efficient timing.

All the mirrors were smeared, not shinning, kitchen floor wasn't swept. 3 bathrooms, took 3 hours. No hoovering of bedrooms or beds made. I was abit disappointed.

We got a cleaning service from one of your team member this morning

The oven needed a lot of cleaning so do appreciate this but we are not so happy with the amount of cleaning of grease we had to do after . There was grease left that was spattered up on kitchen walls , on dishes that were drying next to sink and also most concerning whatever cleaning product the cleaner used seeped down into the drawer below oven (see pictures attached), and we cant remove the staining

I don’t usually complain but at the cost we would expect the right clean up to be done as part of the job

Used for biweekly cleaning in cork for over a year. Excellent to communicate with.

I paid for my second time once off cleaning and the cleaner didn't leave the house as you promise, cleaned. She didn't properly dust the furniture, meaning dust was visible on all furniture. She didn't vacuum properly. Once she moped the floor there was the wet dust accumulated here and there. Bathroom she didn't clean faucet. When she left I had to fix the cleaning. I sent an email sharing my feedback to the customer service agent who I fired me in the morning that the cleaner was gonna be late and no reply. Even after my second email. The first time I used your service I was satisfied but not the second time. This is stopping me to rebook with you. I would have liked an acknowledgment, something from you
