Awful company

Awful company! Never received the items ordered. Got ripped off £280 and all they can say is post office says it’s been delivered. I’m going to do all I can to get this company as least custom as possible as they are scammers!! Do not use, trading standards are involved

No returns accepted, would not use again.

Do not accept returns if it has been opened.

There is limited information on this when you go to order.

Unless you are 100% that you want the item, unfortunately they maintain that nothing can be returned. And rude and short over email.

I will not be ordering from this company again.

Won't be using this lot again

Won't be using this lot again!
Cancelled half of my order without telling me and then made me wait 9 days for delivery of the remaining order. Blamed 2 days Royal Mail strikes for 9 days delivery! Useless

Fantastic quick next day delivery!

Ordered a ring doorbell and chime for next day delivery (ordered before 3pm) and got it the next day at 2pm. Fantastic customer service through the email had as very quick reply regarding the status of my package. Definitely ordering again as they are quite cheap! Ignore the bad reviews

Awful company with crooked refund policy

Awful company with crooked refund policy. Will refuse any unused item if seal on box is broken. Will be taking this further as it’s in contravention to consumer contracts regulations act. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I placed my order on 12th September and…

I placed my order on 12th September and it has still not arrived.
No communication from them and now just states there’s no one to answer the phones.
Terrible service for trades people.

Its now the 22nd August and still no…

Its now the 22nd August and still no Ring Camera arrived - you’d think they would care but it seems they don’t. Hope I can get my money back from this sham of a outfit.

Shocking encounter with this company…

Shocking encounter with this company which is still outstanding. In brief I ordered a Ring camera for over £150 in good faith and paid extra for next day delivery. A week later still no camera - they said it had been returned to them by DPD as they could not find us ! DPD delivered to our offices most days in that week. I requested they send it to me on a next day delivery - amazingly they said I would have to pay again to achieve this and they would refund me at some point. I’ve asked for my money back now - I’ll let you know what happens……..

Excellent service

We have had endless problems with Ring spotlight cams, with Ring support informing us that ALL of them were faulty. The Electrical Showroom has been excellent in arranging refunds in a timely manner.

Fantastic Service

Super quick delivery, I was updated from the point of despatch to the estimated delivery time on the date of delivery.
Slight issue with the item however I emailed in the evening and had a response the next morning.
Simple returns form to complete. The item I need replacing is currently out of stock however I will be waiting for stock to come back in rather than opting for a refund.
Really appreciate quick communication and great customer service as its very rare now so thank you very much.
For any bad reviews you see you will find customers have not read the terms and conditions or have chosen a delivery address where they are not home the whole day, if you are spending money on an expensive item have it delivered to an address where someone will be there all day, business cannot always control the delivery companies.

Refused refund after 18 days and ceased communication - terrible customer service.

Ordered a number of lights for a rennovation. Upon inspection from our electriction it was determined these would not be suitable. Un-used and still boxed, Electrical showroom refused to refund or even provide credit to swap to alternative (this was 18 days since being received). They sent one message and ceased all communication after this. Awful customer service.

No proper "In stock" indicator on website

I ordered a product which was offered at a very competitive price. Unfortunately, I later had to learn that the order status "complete" doesn't mean anything and that the item was not in stock but had been moved to backorder and would arrive any time between 4-5 weeks after I placed my order.

However, at least the communication with customer service and cancelling the order was fast. Hopefully, I'll get my money back soon.

A very impressive first class service.

A very impressive first class service from start to finish. Excellent price and once ordered the floodlight cam was delivered 3 days later. I was kept fully informed of my order and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
