Warning About Elefin Broker – Please Protect Your Funds

On September 11, I traded with Elefin broker during the CPI news event and made a good profit. My account balance increased to $2,390. On the same day, I submitted a withdrawal request, but Elefin made me wait for 3–4 days. Eventually, they disabled my MT5 trading account.

When I asked for the reason, they told me that I had opened positions at the same time as another Elefin client. However, I do not know any other Elefin client, and I did not coordinate or trade with anyone.

There are probably thousands of Elefin clients who trade during major news events. So why was my withdrawal rejected? It seems that when my balance increased and I made a good profit, Elefin refused to pay my full withdrawal and returned only my deposit.

I asked them to provide proof that I had traded with another Elefin client, but I did not receive convincing evidence to support their allegations.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise everyone to be careful when dealing with this broker. Please investigate my case and think carefully before depositing your hard-earned money with Elefin.

I requested a simple Crypto (BEP20) withdrawal which usually takes 3 minutes. First, Elefin support promised the funds would arrive in 3-5 hours. When that failed, they changed their story and said it would be processed between 10 AM and 5 PM. Now that deadline has also passed, my funds are still missing, and their support is completely ignoring my messages. They refuse to provide a TxID and are just making fake promises. They are deliberately holding customer funds hostage. Stay away from this scam broker! Do not deposit your money here.

this website is promoted by karol. karol himself is biggest fraud. don't put your hard earned money into this fraud websites. only use indian broker like dhan, groww,indmoney, fyers. these are valid. and your money will be safe
