We were unable to find any prior email or support request regarding this issue, and we wish you had reached out first so we could have had the opportunity to make it right before you were left feeling disappointed.
After reviewing your order, we noticed it included 10 bottles of Tesamorelin, 2 bottles of CJC-1295/Ipamorelin (No DAC), 3 bottles of bacteriostatic (BAC) water, and 1 bottle of acetic acid water. Because both BAC water and acetic acid water were purchased, we're not sure which reconstitution solution was used for the affected vials.
There are a variety of factors that can influence the appearance of a reconstituted peptide, including the type of reconstitution solution used, temperature fluctuations during shipping or storage, reconstitution technique, pH differences, or, in rare cases, an issue with an individual vial. Without reviewing the affected products, it's not possible to determine the exact cause.
We stand behind our products and are committed to making things right when issues arise. Please email us at support@eliteedgebiotech.biz with your order number, photos of the affected vials, and let us know which reconstitution solution (BAC water or acetic acid water) was used. I have reached out now several times over the last 2 weeks. I purchased a vial of B12 and 4 10ml of Sermorelin. They have the incorrect COA placed under the Sermorelin. It isn’t for the 10ml batch it is for the 5ml batch. I have been trying to get the correct COA. The B12 has no potency other than the vials capacity. It literally can be anything. I have reached out several times since the order arrived with 0 response. I have requested a return with 0 response. I am well within the 30 day return window. The website clearly says COA’s available and how do you sell b12 when you have no clue of the strength. I guess I will have to dispute with credit card company to get it taken care of. I would be careful.

Regarding the Vitamin B12, the product strength is 10mg per 10mL vial, and we have updated the product page to reflect that more clearly. As a research supplier, we must also remain compliant with applicable FDA regulations, which limit the amount and type of product information we can publish on our website.

I ordered a total of 8 vials total of glutathione 1500 from elite bioedge. First 7 were fine all in 20 ml vials and had the authentic sulfur smell that reduced glutathione has. Well one order was 1 vial short which I was never notified they just tried to play it off until I emailed asking why my order was taking so long. They said u ordered 3 vials but we only had 2 so we held the order in hopes of getting a new shipment so they can all go out at once but we just decided to send the 2 out today and we will send the third as soon as we get it. I finally got the third and it was in a 10 ml vial, the label was crooked and didn’t fit the vial bc they were made for a 20 ml vial and when I reconstituted it it had absolutely NO smell to it whatsoever! I contacted them and they assured me the test showed it’s glutathione it’s just in s different vial. I told them the vial size wasn’t my main concern it was the no smell. They finally refunded my money but still assured me it was what it was supposed to be but they were going to send me a label so I could send it back and they could look at it. I never got a label and told them so 3 times but no reply. I took the vial out of the refrigerator over a week later to trash it and there is powder all in the bottom of the vial. So now I’m even more sure whatever they sent me was bs. I do NOT recommend these people for ur peptides. They’ll get u to write a good review about them then send u whatever they want. Spend a little extra money and shop somewhere u know what your gonna get

After you contacted us, we responded to each of your emails, explained the manufacturer's packaging change that resulted in the smaller vial, and provided the latest independent third-party Certificate of Analysis from MZ Biolabs showing the batch tested at approximately 99% purity. Based on our batch records and independent laboratory testing, we had no reason to believe the product was anything other than Glutathione.
Although we stood behind the product and the testing, we still issued a full refund for the single vial in question because your satisfaction is important to us. We also offered to inspect the returned vial. Unfortunately, we did miss sending the prepaid return label initially, and we apologize for that oversight. The offer to provide the return label and inspect the vial remains open.
It's also worth noting that you had previously purchased seven other vials of the same product from us without reporting any quality concerns. We take every customer concern seriously, but we also stand behind the products we sell and the independent testing that verifies them.
We appreciate your past business and regret that we were unable to restore your confidence despite providing a refund, third-party testing documentation, and our continued willingness to inspect the returned product.
