Hypervaut E.V Charger
We recently used Elite Energy to install our Hypervolt charger through the workplace grant scheme, and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish.
We needed a really quick turnaround, and James and Craig were fantastic. After a remote survey, we received an extremely fast quote and everything moved quickly and smoothly from there.
The installation itself was spot on — professional, tidy, and completed to a really high standard. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process.
It’s rare to find companies that combine great communication, efficiency, and quality workmanship so well, but Elite Energy absolutely delivered.

The surveyor, Darren, was fantastic. He rang to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He carried out a thorough inspection while remaining highly professional, polite and friendly throughout the visit. The survey was very professionally…
The survey was very professionally handled by Dimitrius. He was one of the most knowledgeable and customer focussed people I’ve met.
The booking stage was very quick, work took place the week after. Communication wasn’t the best, I had to ask for details on what the work entailed, then when the work started had to ask what exactly they were doing and what they wanted from me (electric, items moving out of way). Lack of communication also meant I hadn’t been told about the amount of mess, so the dust from the insulation went everywhere in the house when I could have closed doors etc to contain the mess. One of the holes from cavity wall insulation was missed and hasn’t been filled in yet even after I contacted them so will chase up again.

Wow Elite energy AMAZING!
Wow Elite energy came to my house and did the most amazing job. My house is substantially warmer, The team were amazing so tidy and got the work done really efficiently. From the radiator man to the joiner and the team that did the insulation and all the plastering, every single work man was superb 10/10. I Can not thank them enough. Overall the experience was good but…
Overall the experience was good but there could of been improvements.
I was not advised that Elite Energy would not be able to connect to my existing gas pipework until their fitters arrived at my home which meant I had to make a decision there and then if I wanted to proceed. This should have been advised earlier in my opinion.
